    TV works great. It was bit expensive when I bought it. For Wall mount I got some deal though. One issue I have noticed is the wifi connection of TV at times gets disconnected which will need a TV restart . Otherwise a good TV.

    2 Q7Fs, both had pixel issues

    I had 2 Q7fs that I was excited to try. They both had 1 dead pixel within the first couple of days that I bought them, I eventually decided to buy out of the model altogether and upgrade to the Q8F. It could have been a bad batch of Q7Fs perhaps? Everything else was great about them. It was unfortunate they had that problem and very inconvenient moving the returns a couple time to best buy.

    I absolutely loved the picture, however, Tv started flickering and then kept turning on and off on its own after about 20 minutes of watching. I believe the issue is with the box that runs everything and essentially connects everything to the tv with one fiber optics cord. I immediately after experiencing this issue started doing some research on the internet and saw that several others had the same issue with this model. Do yourself a favor and do research first before purchasing any TV look at all the reviews and see what issues people have experienced. Best Buy was great though and I had no problem swapping it out for a different Tv, of course went with an entirely different model.

    It’s been 3 months and so far we are enjoying the big tv. It’s very responsive and one remote means really one remote you can control all of the devices with the tv remote.

    I have been buying TVs loyally and exclusively from Best Buy since I was 17. I am now 43, so I have purchased a bunch. I never once purchased extended warranties and never had an issue. So, when I purchased this one, I decided not to purchase an extended warranty. That was a complete mistake. Eight months later the TV shut down and now doesn't turn on. I paid $3000 for a tv that only worked for 8 months. Called the store I bought it from and they were not helpful at all. " you should have bought the protection plan ". Well isn't that great. Nice customer service people. I then called Samsung. Was on the phone for 40 minutes before the person asked me for the serial number which I did not have handy. Was told that it was on the back of the TV and that I had to remove the TV from the wall. I explained that I could not remove a 75 inch tv from the wall alone. I was then told that they would not come fix it until I removed it from the wall. I was then told to call back when I removed it from the wall and could provide the serial number. Thanks for all your help Samsung. Called back with serial number and am now waiting for a call back from Samsung to schedule an appointment to repair under the one year warranty. Samsung customer service told me it could take up to 6 weeks for them to get out to the house. What a joke. I am more disappointed with Best Buy. In an environment where consumers have more and more options on where to spend their money, one would think that they would offer solutions. If I were the employee of the store, I would have at a minimum offered to speak with my store manager regarding any possible options to satisfy the customer, because there are always options to keep your customers happy and coming back. That is what a great merchant would do. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT. AND SHAME ON YOU Best Buy.

    A day after this TV was installed, a horizontal line was visible, and BestBuy refused to exchange the TV for me because it was outside 14 day period, even though i have their Elite membership

    Recommend Q8 or Q9

    This TV shows you the potential of Qled capabilities. The Q6 and Q7 are sort of the introduction to Samsung's new technology. Q8 and Q9 have a spectacular display and really showcase their new advancements in pictures, colors and performance.
