STAY AWAY! Missed work and weeks with a broken TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The TV lasted a day before the picture went out completely. Now 3 weeks and 2 repair attempts later it's doing the same exact thing and I'm told by Samsung that I have to wait until next week (going on a month here) to "see what they can do" because the techs don't like to enter their notes into the system until after the weekend. I regret ever buying this TV. It's been a nightmare and a bitter disappointment from the start. Look at other brands if you're in the market for a reliable TV, because this isn't it.

Low quality components
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The TV stopped working, just like that. I see the blue screen followed by the boot up sound of the TV and flash of the blue screen in a loop. Given the fact that, it's an expesive TV, I was expecting it to last at least for 5 year. I have my older Panasonic TV, still working after 14 years. The quality of the Samsung is substandard when compared with it.

Good TV But Short Sighted Design and Support
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the Q7FN with the no gap mount for my basement media room that I pre-cabled so my tv would mount on a wall with no cables or electronics so it could look like a painting when off in ambient mode. Well the one connect optic cable it comes with is only 5m long so it can't reach the media center. I found a 15m cable on Samsung's website but they provide no means to purchase it and the resale companies like BestBuy don't sale it.
