Had the tv for just over a month now, upgraded in size from a Sony Bravia X90 65 to this one. Color feels more warm and pops off the screen. While the picture quality, color, and frame rate all feel like a step up one thing I wish this tv had much like prior model Samsungs and the prior mentioned Sony is a metal leg. This TV is large and the weight matches, that leg being plastic doesn't always feel like the most secure footing for a device like this.

Purchased this TV for my parents & they LOVE the clarity of the picture. The setup was easy. Learning to use the single remote for their devices is a challenge for them but their getting the hang of things.

This TV has excellent resolution and outstanding picture quality. The colors are vibrant, the image is sharp, and the sound is clear. It truly elevates the viewing experience and makes movies and shows look amazing. Highly recommend!

Tv picture is great. My room is south facing so during the day there is some glare, but lowering the blinds solves this issue. At night picture is perfect.

Good quality. Using soundbar but TV itself has good sound.
Replacing an OLED so hard to compare picture but does have a decent picture. This is our second Samsung and do not like the toggle on the remote for volume but that's just me.

Having been a samsung user all my life , i also need my t.v to be the same because my phone can be used as a secondary remote. That's if you are charging your chargeable remote (solor and c-type) now I'm not a t.v wizard , I'm not to sure about specs but AI powered, hey bixby can get your t.v to see what the weather is like , i can use my phone as a karaoke mic. Now that is a cool feature from samsungs smart things app. The pic quality is amazing and 120hz for gaming !!!! Along with its own gaming menu giving to info about what you can do to increase your gaming experience. Paring with a good soundbar makes better not sure about the stand alome speakers that are built in but indount they are bad

My old tv took a dump on me randomly so I picked one of these up for gaming with friends and family. Excellent tv purchase. The picture quality is high and the refresh rate is better than most TV’s. Zero regrets.

The color of the television is quite outstanding. The size is really what i wanted, and actual size well fitted for my living room. I love using my smart phone to operate the television creating another option in operating it without using the physical remote control. It is great buy, and willing to buy another one and recommend the television to anyone looking to buy a quality television.

Went with Samsung because I think they are reliable. First time buying QLED and I am impressed with the picture and the color. Didn't get the sound bar and it's ok but I probably need to go back and get that.

Best Buy delivery and setup 9/27/2025. There was a black screen with audio intermittently identified 10/3/2025. The audio intermittently stopped working 10/11/2025. Initially Geek Squad delivered the wrong TV, but exchanged/corrected the same day. The TV has very bad picture quality. Picture is grainy, blurry, color bleeds, pixelated with the images appearing in slow motion. The refresh rate is slow. Sometimes there is sound and the program is playing but the screen is black. Additionally, the sound quality is extremely poor and the sound goes in and out (in 10 minute intervals) and there is a cracking static noise only with no audio sound. The 20 watt speakers sound like 5 watt speakers (soundbar required). The entire TV is plastic (feet included).
The screen is mat, although the description/specifications does not indicate it is mat or anti-glare. We currently have a Samsung Smart TV (with metal rotating stand) that is 15 years old which STILL works and the picture quality displays better than this 2025. I have purchased multiple products (TVs, washers, dryers, microwave, stove, refrigerator, airfryers, laptops, monitors, computers etc.) and have NEVER had issues with the delivery or the quality of the products installed. This purchase is a disappointment. But glad the issues were identified before the return window closed, as we stopped purchasing Best Buy's extended warranty years ago. If the replacement Samsung TV has the same issued, we will be transitioning back to Sony after 22 years of using Samsung products.

We purchased this 75" Samsung TV on a black Friday sale and are very excited with the TV...beautiful picture, quality, brilliant color, large screen, many more options of viewings, our savings, the geek squad set us up and gave us instructions before leaving. We are well pleased with our Best Buy purchase and service.

Quality of tv is outstanding. The pictures, colors are bright and clear. The sound is clear. The Al assistance is also great. The remote is easy to navigate as well. My family loves this tv for watching movies and playing video games. Best tv we ever purchased.

Got this mainly for sports. 120hz was worth the money. No trails and even the turf of this Michigan/Maryland game right now looks insane. Mini-led makes the picture quality pop. Cost was reasonable and when the same tv went on sale a few days later, BestBuy matched the price with a credit. Install team was solid and efficient. Overall great purchasing experience.
