    This review is a Best Buy open box excellent of this tv. The tv didn’t work. Samsung’s service company had to come 3 times to fix it. And the tv stand and screws were missing and the remote has severe cosmetic damage. This is not right to sell items that don’t work. What’s going on Best Buy?

    We saw this tv on display in the store and we were hooked. The amazing picture quality and edge to edge bevel-less picture sold us even further. Once it was delivered and installed, the TV turned off after 10 minutes and never turned back on. It was a lemon. To say the least, we were disappointed. Then we called Geek Squad to exchange the TV and they tell us the same TV is unavailable. They tried to get us to buy the more expensive version but instead settled on an inferior tv. Disappointed again.

    I purchased open box clearance for around $1500. A great deal for an 8K television. However, even though it's a 2022 model, Best Buy did not have the One Connect Box, Samsung did not have the One Connect Box, and it can't be found online. The TV will not work without it, so Best Buy should not have sold it without knowing if a box could be found for the TV.

    8K 85 Inch Tv. It’s very bad experience with this TV. 4th tim repair in just 8 months. First they mentioned power cord issue and changed power board. Now they wanted to change Motherboard also. It’s really frustrating. When I ask for replacement they are saying not possible after 60 days. Doesn’t make any sense to change everything from a TV except the Screen.

    Bought this tv it's great so far for the 2nd one they delivered. The 1st when there was a low bass sound the speakers on the tv rattled a little bit. For the money I spent there should be NO rattle.

    I thought I was buying the best 8k tv on the market for $5000.until I had to reset the tv. The Samsung SmartThings App for calibration no longer works with this tv which leaves me with a terrible picture for a very high price. Best Buy won’t do anything to help me as the return period is one month past the return date. The floor supervisor was extremely rude and his name is Jerry B. Samsung is working on the app but they don’t know when they will have a fix for me. I paid $200 for the Best Buy Total Tech support program which I thought would cover my purchases. Do not buy this tv until the app is fixed. I will never buy anything from Best Buy again after being a loyal customer for 14 years. Should have used Amazon.

      We appreciate you sharing your experience with Samsung's QN900B TV. If the SmartThings app is having trouble connecting or discovering your TV, there are a few things you should check:

      1. Check for software updates on your phone and the SmartThings app. Please also check to make sure your TV is running the latest firmware version by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update

      2. Verify Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. Keep in mind that if your phone is using Power saving mode, it may turn off Bluetooth. Bluetooth is always enabled on your TV, so you do not need to worry about checking in TV settings.

      3. Check the device range. The phone should be within 30 feet of the TV. Also, make sure that there are no obstacles, such as walls or electrical equipment, between the devices.

      4. Restart both the phone and TV, then launch the SmartThings app on your phone again.

      5. Open the SmartThings app. On your phone, navigate to and open the SmartThings app. Tap the Devices tab, and then tap Add (the plus sign) in the top right corner.

      6. Tap Add device and then tap the By brand tab. Tap Samsung, tap TV, and then tap Start to follow the instructions to complete setup.

      To provide you with the best image quality, your new TV also features Expert Calibration when the Picture Mode is set to Movie (Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > Movie). This will provide you with an accurate picture with professional-grade picture calibration that delivers true color. To take advantage of this feature, you must be using a Samsung Galaxy S21 or newer.
