Fun and great picture, easy to use, good purchase for the value overall

This Samsung 85-inch TV is amazing. This is my first 4K TV and the pictures are sharp and the colors are amazing I love having my apps for Netflix and Prime on there and if there anything else I just ask Alexa . The customer service came out to set it up and They were very helpful answered all my questions . Looking to do business with Best Buy again in the future .

Low price when comparison to Costco and Sams club/Target/Walmart for brand and price! Largest screen with most features on market- not as crips as QLED but for the size it truly matters! Love the compatibility with multiple interfaces with Apple TV or Google/Sonos smart set up! Remote is very function and simple, geek squad help me set up and is a MUST!

This is a great TV. Very easy to use. We have another Samsung and have had it since 2010. They make great products. It was easy to get all of our apps uploaded and live streaming is easy. Paired with the surround sound, you have a theatre in your home. Great picture and great quality.

I'm enjoying every moment of my smart 4k TV. I appreciate how easy and fast it was to install. The settings allow me to customize my app preferences and TV experience. The sound and screen is amazing and clear. The size is just right for the living room for my group gatherings to enjoy as well.

I'm so glad I decided to purchase the 85" Samsung TV. I was going to get the 65", but then my stimulus check arrived! So 85" TV cost me only $600!!! Less than what I was going to pay for the 65" TV. What can I say? It's huge.... I'm enjoying watching movies I've seen before because now it's like being in a theatre, except the seats are much more comfortable! The amazing TV wall mount allows me to pull it forward 28" and at that point - simply amazing. Only negative thing I've noticed is the pixels are a bit noticeable , not all the time, I guess it depends on what you're watching. So in hindsight I should have talked with a salesperson who would have told me to spend a little more and get upgraded... But I didn't think about it. But that's okay, not Best buy's fault, they didn't make the TV. I'll just move it to the bedroom soon and use the second stimulus payment towards the exact TV I should buy. Overall... I'm a happy lady... It's like an adventure every time I watch a movie!!! Also great delivery, polite delivery persons! Thanks Best buy!

Honestly it’s probably too big for my space but that just makes me happier. Picture quality for the price is amazing and the game mode is a nice addition. Really no negatives, if you want an 80+ inch tv got under $3500 it’s the best.

Excellent picture quality. I paired it with the Samsung 650 sound bar and subwoofer. Set up was a snap and they synced flawlesey. One control does it all now. The 5 channel sound bar did just what i was hoping for, big theatre suround sound with some serious punch!

This tv is a beast. If you are hanging it very high at all you might need a third person because it is a chunk. Once on the wall though this bad boy is awesome. I love the free samsung channels as well. Definitely recommend great quality tv at a great price.

I mean I know NOTHING about tv’s so take this with a grain of salt. It does what it needs to do, it’s big (huge actually) and loud. It is however super easy to connect all your devices too. We connected our gaming system and it was as simple as plugging it in.

Overall a very large TV for a good price point. Features: 5/5 Ease of use 5/5 Resolution: 3/5 4K is meh. Refresh rate is more obvious on large screens Cost to value: 5/5 Delivery: 5/5 Delivered a day early and was very helpful in where I wanted this enormous tv. Bestbuy sales service 3/5.. . couldn’t really find anyone to help. they were jumping over the counter when I said I wanted an 85” but shuttered when I said TU8000 not the QLED. I get it. We’re very short answered after that. Pros: it’s big. It’s affordable. There’s really great intuitive controls and apps that come pre installed. Easy to connect your phone and sync to WiFi and Bluetooth Cons: minimal proximity connection ports. Limited HDMI. Remote is over simplistic and tiny I have 2 other like this. 70” and 65” both series 7 and they look clearer than this 85”. I gave this as a present for my dad don’t think he’ll tell the difference. Refresh rate is way more obvious the bigger the screen. Overall feels pretty simplistic give me that feeling that it’s missing something All in all my dad loved the surprise...it’s almost as big as his projector (which the TV was hiding behind).

Amazing television. I’ve got it 85” and two in the 43” version. Great color and remote interface/operating system is very smooth. It did take some time for the updates once plugged in and connected to WiFi but once completed it was perfect.

Big screen love the colors and features easy to follow.

This tv is big and badly fits on our wall we were surprised that once mounted it is clear picture from any distance and have great color ratio, the speakers are great but added a surround sound works great together

We have only had this TV in use for a short time however we are very pleased with it and the picture is amazing. We are using this TV from multiple things such as a computer screen and for streaming. Set up is a breeze.

This tv has an amazing picture. Big bold and Beautiful design, slim and modern. Many features and easy to use , has ample HDMI connectivity. Easy to use remote also.

This is a great TV. The image is very clear and it is easy to setup and navigate. It has been only a few weeks but nothing wrong so far. Delivery and installation were perfect. Happy customer.

Very happy with tv. Easy to set up.great picture with overall easy moving around in the remote.Using a sound bar which set up easy also. Colors and contrast just shoot out at you. Great price for the size.
