I spent a pretty penny on this Samsung 85" QLED 4K TV and after I unboxed it and set it up, I immediately noticed discoloring among the LED panels when the TV was on a black screen. I set up an appointment to have the TV exchanged with Geek Squad and when the delivery drivers came, they didn't use the contact number I had given GS. Instead, they used an old landline phone number that apparently was still active on my Best Buy account. So, after rescheduling the appointment and once again giving Geek Squad my current contact phone number, I was finally able to have the TV exchanged. With the first television, one issue I noticed seemed to be a ghost notification "Ding Ding" sound that would play every few minutes or so and continued even after disabling all sounds and notifications. I read many posts on Samsung's community page of people dealing with the same issue. I don't know why I assumed this issue would have gone away after exchanging TV's but the new TV has the same problem. Not only does Samsung not have a clear description anywhere online of what this sound is caused by or how to disable it, but they also haven't answered on any of the MANY posts complaining about this issue dating back to the rollout of the 2020 QLED's. This might seem like a small problem to fixate on but the fact that the sound continues to happen even after disabling sounds and notifications is extremely annoying. Also, if it's a software issue, Samsung has done nothing to address or update their software to resolve it. In terms of picture quality, the TV falls flat in one area: Refresh Rate. I knew going in that the 2020 models have a lower refresh rate than the previous models, but I didn't expect the difference to be so noticeable. I have been a Samsung lifer and a Best Buy fanboy and this was my third Samsung flat-screen purchase in the last 7 years. In the past, I have been extremely satisfied with Samsung products but this is the first time where the purchase price does not justify the quality received. Samsung tries to compensate for the poor refresh rate with smoothing processing and judder reduction but I for one cannot stand watching TV with the "soap opera effect" where picture processing makes everything look like day-time poorly acted television. "Wanna watch Inception?" "I do, but I want it to look like Christopher Nolan borrowed cameras from Days of our Lives..." I was actually upsold to the Q series by a Best Buy employee who gave a very persuasive pitch but I definitely have regrets about spending over 2K on a TV that does not deliver the goods. My suggestions would be: A) Spend the money and get a Q70, Q80 or Q90 B) Look into other brands or higher refresh rate Samsung TV's that skip QLED tech C) Hope that Best Buy sees your negative review, looks at your purchase history as an elite Best Buy member as well as the exorbitant amount of money you have spent over the years at their stores in hopes that they do the right thing and offer to upgrade your television to a better model because you have been such a loyal and giving customer.......

The only way to describe this TV by my wife, children and myself....is just WOW! We went to the store to pick a tv and when we all saw it, none of us could move. All stunned on the size and color it brought to the whole section. The people at the store were amazing! We had it brought to us and mounted and that was the easiest experience ever. Thank those guys. My back thanks you!

couldn't be happier with this tv. the picture is incredible and I honestly don't think a higher priced tv would even be better. If you connect with bluray or 4K apple TV it's amazing. Xfinity is ok-- but that's the feed not the tv. The remote is really nice though I don't use the smart TV features.

Samsung always build a great TV. The only problem I notice is if your off to the side (15 feet) the picture is not as colorful. Everything else is great. Easy to use and great color. Installation was on time and they did a great job installing and setting up. Highly recommend

This TV was the perfect size for my bedroom. The picture quality is amazing and once the technician set up the Samsung network everything connected so easily. Bose, check! Fire stick, check! Theatre room is amazing!!

I Love This TV! My livingroom is now a movie theater! The color is vivid and the picture is entrancing. I was worried about how to mount it on the wall successfully. We had Best Buy do it for us. It looks amazing!

If you have the space then this is the TV for you. We love watching movies and sporting events on this television. The colors are unreal and 4K really makes everything pop.

Excellent tv, extremely good quality. I love our big 85’ tv. The settings are very easy to manage, got connected to Comcast and my stereo system in justa a few minutes

I love this TV the picture is so clear. I feel like I'm at the Movies. This TV has so many new colors that my other Samsung does not have, its beautiful a little on the prices' side but I did not have a choice, because of the pandemic the sold out of the cheaper one. I'm very satisfied with this TV and would not exchange it. I got the works, lights in the back, sound bar you name it. You only live once!

Nice big screen. You'll definitely notice the difference if you're upgrading in size from a 65 or lower inch TV. Not the best picture, but after playing around with the picture settings for a week or 2, I got it set to a good picture, but not excellent, which is what I was looking for when I spent about $2000 for this. Also, the remote that comes with it doesn't have any numbers on it, which forces you to flip through the guide to find the channel you want, instead of entering the number of the channel you want to get to. I purchased a remote from Amazon that was compatible and had numbers on it with HULU, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Samsung TV buttons on it, which made the experience using this TV so much better. I wish the remote was included. With that being said, overall this TV is good.

Easy to use - great picture! The screen is sort of matte-like, so glare is not an issue. Audio is better than my old 50in Panasonic Plasma.

Great TV for the price, couldn't ask for more. At the 85" size it really does amazing, very little motion blur as well.

I love this TV, good quality pictures. Easy to set up and mounted easily on the wall. The best of Qled.

The picture quality is great! The remote and the apps are slightly confusing however, I think this is due to being used to a different operating system. The only negative point I have on this tv is the Alexa. I set an alarm using Alexa and it would not stop going off. I had to unplug the TV and reset it just to make it stop. Won't set another alarm with it that's forsure. Outside of that, the TV is great!
