I am starting to believe Samsung has a speaker issue , I bought the new Neo 8K I had to return that one due to speaker failure then I went to the much cheaper option which was this model a week later same speaker issue . I do not want to do a warranty claim due to the fact the technicians are horrible and actually leave the tv worse for the price I paid for this tv I will just mount it in my garage and actually just purchase a ROKU tv for some reason those tv’s don’t seem to have major issues at a much more reasonable price.

Tv is only crystal clear when playing 4K YouTube videos- all movies on all platforms-Netflix-Prive Video-HBO Max and Tv all look fuzzy/trash 4k or not. Watched tons of picture calibration settings videos and nothing worked for this TV. Good for art and cool 4K UHD screen savers that’s it. TV looks perfect but only with a perfectly matched video.

The TV looks great even up close. The Q90 is far nicer with more dimming zones (I think) but this TV still does a great job. The remove and tv software kind stink. Remote doesn’t have a simple “input” button, and neither does the main menu. You have to go to a couple submenus and then it’s still not very clear. The TV OS in general is clunky and confusing to control and I’m a pretty savvy user. For gaming this TV has been pretty awesome and if you just use an Apple TV 4K the TV is worth every penny even with this size.

Q80B 85" model. Great picture. Like Movie mode best with expert settings set to Rrtings recommended settings. It's not cheap, but the picture is worth it. A few annoying things for me, however, are that the optical output is significantly less when in simultaneous mode and set to TV Speakers. When I want to listen through my stereo, I have to go in and change setting to optical only to get the best sound from the optical output. When set to simultaneous out and in TV Speaker mode, the output from the optical is significantly less and have to turn the stereo up much more. Also, the Hulu app sometimes takes over a minute to load. A soft reset fixes the issue, but only for a few days. It's only the Hulu app too. Weird. Other than those two first world problems, this TV has a great picture, the TV speakers are pretty good and it has a lot of features.

I never knew a TV could have so many features. This TV allows you to watch two separate channels at once. This is like anyone with ADHD is dream!! The remote has a solar panel?!? Yes it does!!! there’s an anti-glare so during the daytime you don’t have any unwanted reflections from windows. Overall in love with this TV. Oh, my son is a gamer. The graphics are impeccable. The TV has its own profile and completely switches intelligently when you are playing a game versus when you’re watching movies.

Tv 3trs. Old looks great. Im a Samsung guy. It pairs great with Samsung soundbar Q Series Soundbar. Everyone who see this TV loves it.

Great picture and easy to use menu. The colors are vibrant even in a bright room. 85” picture is clear and smooth even with sporting events and action movies. Good money spent on a quality product.

This TV has an amazing picture! Such a sharp image and rich colors. My reason for 4 stars is due to the software. Sometimes it does lag a little and you get an error message waiting for an app to load. A simple power off and on usually works but we still enjoy the tv.

I was worried about tje size being to big Its perfect the picture and sound beautiful and the remote awesome no batterys needed just light.

Love the size of the TV, and the color is great. I have a 65" and a 75" i thought they were big enough but i am so glad i went for the 85".

This TV is really big. In fact, I'd taped the dimensions on my wall to visualize it before choosing this size and was still surprised how large it actually is. Picture is really nice and looks fantastic when showing UHD content. Audio is fine for normal viewing, but you'll probably want to output to a soundbar instead. Originally I planned to use the native apps to stream content, but the interface is slow/sluggish and performing tasks like fast forward/rewind are frustrating with the remote. My only real complaint is that the bracket for wall mounting attaches too high to also connect the third party sound bar mount which they recommended in store (had to return that). As such, the soundbar sits on the floor for the time being.

Samsung has delivered great quality and vAlue for the price and gives you 4k/120hz, con no dolby vision

Well hello? What’s not to like about a giant TV with a great picture? I compared pictures in the store and while blacks are pretty dark but it doesn’t reach “bottom of the abyss” black, I haven’t noticed when being immersed in any entertainment option I choose. Spend the money, get the nice big TV! Samsung has figured it out.

Upgraded from a Vizio 65 Inch TV and all I have to say is WOW. This Samsung makes regular TV pop and 4K movies and television looks as if you're watching it live. Fantastic TV and glad I spend the extra money on the 85inch. I paired it with the Samsung Q60B Sound Bar and the QSymphony sound is very good.
