GREAT 85" tv

The picture is outstanding and it is easy to use and was easy to set up. It was a little intimidating setting up an 85" tv but we did it and we couldn't be happier.

One month later the TV started turning off, on its own. I called Geek Squad out who did a repair. The issue was not resolved and further issues occurred. After 5 attempts and multiple damaged parts arriving from Samsung, I’m left without a TV and 5 days of off time from work. I could have purchased a new TV for the time I’ve taken off of work for these repairs. Stay away from this TV and stay away from purchasing any protection plan through BestBuy. I will update this with my resolution.
