Replaced a plasma screen with this, and was curious how resolution would compare. Not to worry - on high def programming, resolution is excellent! TV is in a room that is very bright during the day; have not noticed any washout or glare on the screen. Can be easily viewed from any angle. Attached picture taken at midday, from worst reflective angle next to sliding glass door. There is some reflection seen, but with a live moving image, the reflection is not distracting to me at all. From less dramatic angles (where we usually sit), reflection is scarcely noticeable. So far no issues with function of the TV at all.
