fast data reading, If you have a newer processor and and video card, this ssd will make a big difference, worth the price difference from similar ssd's

The tech Geeks installed this new hard drive on my computer, and now my computer works perfectly. Plus, the price was not outrageous.

Works exactly how you'd expect. No problems installing. Only wish it came with a spare mount for the case but thats just a QoL thing since I misplaced mine. Good SSD.

Easy installation and great price for great storage

So far, I am very happy with this SSD. Everything loads much faster. Same with startup and shutdown.

Samsung makes the best SSDs, hands down, this one is no exception. Great speeds, great warranty. Installed it on a client’s 8 year old laptop and gave it a second life, runs extremely fast, great transfer speeds.

Upgraded my 500gb Samsung EVO to this 1TB drive in my Lenovo PC. It was an easy upgrade and is faster than my old drive. I have never had a problem with Samsung SSD drives. Highly recommend!

My wife's laptop was severely lagging. Come to find out, her hard drive was full, which severely affected performance. This baby really cleared up all the issues. Geek Squad came to the rescue and installed and transferred all the data. It is like having a new laptop!

I have used and have been very pleased with Samsung SSD drives both internal and external. I cloned this drive from my current 860 EVO drive and both worked flawlessly. When you can find the Samsung's on sale, buy one.

This SSD is excellent. It consistently reaches the advertised 560 MBps speed and provided much-needed extra storage space in my laptop.

So far, it has been working very well. My computer feels brand new and it is very responsive. Startup time is literally seconds instead of minutes.

Have one HDD and added the Samsung SSD for Windows files and processing. Can't wait to get another Samsung SSD to replace the HDD. After increasing disk speed, I then noticed memory needs to be upgraded too. Next time would consider adding memory right away.

these are always on a sale so just wait for them to be under 100 and grab a few. You never know when you'll need more storage so I tend to have a few laying around. They last forever and the quality is incredible

I needed to transfer my OS to a new hard drive. The Windows bloat had become too much. It was easy to add this drive and then use the included migration program to move the OS over.
