There is little retailer loyalty today, everything is price driven. So how does a company stand out? Employees! Best Buy Mansfield, TX I had the best customer service experience I've had in...years. I scheduled and appointment with the Geek squad and had THE BEST sales and technical support I've probably ever had. Seth and Ed are fantastic! They helped me get a failing computer back up and running just in time for Christmas. I can't say enough about these two guys...awesome! Awesome support!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This product took away 24 hours from my life and crushed my windows, 2 stars for didn’t burn my laptop, and poor work under the RST driver. I have absolutely new laptop dell G7 7700 with 2*m.2. So this one was added just like the second for games and videos. I didn’t want to take away my second m.2 and change the location of the window. RAID is the present and future technology when you use 2+ m.2, so no ACHI anyway, but I honestly tried and got a blue screen (sure, but I found this out after I got it). History. At first, it was installed under the RST driver. The system saw it and I add it via partition. Samsung driver couldn’t find the disk and didn’t install it (because it doesn’t work with RAID mode and works only with ACHI). So Magician showed issues with driver and didn’t show temperature, health, speed, migration. So you don’t have full opinions to monitor your super expensive disk. After 2 hours of reading the community, I tried to change RAID to ACHI via safe boot, when the safe boot was off- finally got a blue screen. I get back to Raid. I also tried to set the Samsung driver manually and crushed the windows (factory win10). Anyway, it was reinstalled ( Samsung technical support also advised it). No normal work with factory Win10, The same with Win Home (that was downloaded via Support Assistant right from the laptop). Hours of dancing and nerving what will be next... But No result! 3 windows reinstalling. No dancing anymore, I'll not give a try ACHI anymore)! I decided to exchange it for an American brand disk and was super surprised. You can find my review, that It perfectly fits RAID mode without dancing and making any setting....just set, install, relax.
