    The only NMVE or SSD I buy is the Samsung brand. Over the last 6 or 7 years , I have purchased about 12 Samsung SSDs or the new NVME drives. All perform great and none have failed or caused any kind of problem.

    Gen4 speed never felt so fast. While Gen5 is in the wild you just won’t find quality like Samsung has.

    This is a very nice M.2 SSD. I dinged it just because they had an issue with an update to where it was causing the protection paper to sweat. But they fix that issue using there driver update (not windows update) I will buy another one.

    Purchased new laptop and desired to upgrade memory, Samsung brand was on compatible listing for laptop. The 990 PRO had excellent ratings and specs were within the parameters for my unit. In fact they exceeded installed memory. Easy to install and disk mgt recognized and formatted without a problem. Plus, on sale was beneficial.

    Fast and reliable SSD. I can load all my games very quick! I recommend getting 2 of these or a 2TB SSD if you want to store a lot of games but you can never go wrong with 1TB.
