I bought this to put in a gaming laptop that came factory with a 512 SSD. I installed it as the main drive and the installation was seamless.

My only complaint isnthat you have to have the most slim fingers to not drop the screw to the ssd when putting it in your system. The part itself has been amazing. Ive seen significant upgrade in the speed of which my games open as well as downloading and installing games.

This is a very fast Gen 4 NVMe M2 SSD. Works well in an external enclosure. I have another of the exact model in my NAS for OS and caching purposes. Highly recommend.

The SN990 pro is one of the best NVME SSDs you can currently put in your rig, and its finally hit a reasonable price for the 2TB models. Incredible speed for gaming, large file transfers, etc. Stable and has countless of stress tests by reputable outlets that show its durability. Definitely recommend.

Bought this when I bought a laptop to upgrade the storage it came with. Now I have 2TB internal and use the stock NVME as a 512gb external. Overall this NVME drive is fantastic and I would recommend it. (I managed to buy this on sale, but even without the sale it's worth the value)

Still building system and haven't run this as yet. If it performs the way my other ones do, then it is well worth the investment. Easy to install, format and use.
