Completely my fault that I wasted hours trying to get it to work. After humbling myself and reading it worked perfectly.

Same with shutting down. But I guess I’ll keep it so I have more storage.

Lower the health drastically without the update. I got it a year ago and i need to replace it as it has caused windows corruption twice.

While they work they work great but now I'm concerned about their longevity. A big nuisance with this drives is the amount of updates you will want to do from Samsung Magician, otherwise you risk drive failure. Kinda of annoying to have to deal with this.

No issues so far and seems like I have slightly better battery life as well.

I'm pretty sure they did. I bought one for my OS and I'll use the now lower priced 980 NVMe drives for storage. Thanks Samsung
