Storage for the masses!

I purchased it to put into a laptop for gaming - to store the games. Man, this thing is fast and just an all-around great value!

My computer went for m a 100 Mbps download and writing speed that was similar. Now my speeds are up to a gig super fast and games load in almost instantly. My only gripe was there were no screws to mount the M2 thank goodness a local computer repair store had some and gave me some.

If you work in VFX, this drive is a must-buy!

If you do any kind of VFX work on your computer 1TB won't be enough. Plenty fast and makes working on large sculpts in Blender a breeze. Firmware was up to date out of the box, too! You can also monitor your drive's health with Samsung's Magician software.
