A good and reliable SSD. It also has good and fast read speeds

It was fairly straight forward to clone my original NVMe card with this one using an external enclosure for the NVMe and the Samsung Magician software (which only clones a Samsung NVMe). Now I've got 4x as much SSD storage.

Lightning fast speed, this NVME is one of the best upgrades I've ever done! If you need more space but just can't afford the 4tb version this is a nice middle ground. The pricing was phenomenal.

Excellent piece of hardware. I had bought and installed the exact same SSD for my PS5, and when the time came I ordered another to bump up my PC storage. Unfortunately, I didn't bother to check first, and my motherboard required the version with the heat sink pre attached, which was the only reason I had to return this item, and at the time, my BestBuy store did not have the version I need in stock. I fully intend to revisit this purchase in a few months when stocks are back in.

Nice upgrade from 1TB gen3 to 990 pro 2TB. This doubled the speed from what I had. Be aware...the enclosure I originally used for cloning wasn't recognized by the Samsung software, so had to buy one that was. So if you have this issue, the UGreen and Sabrent NVME enclosure's are two that work.

I got sick of the Samsung 1TB External SSD having a terrible spotty connection via USB-C and decided to get this instead for about the same price. There are no random disconnects that nearly fry the USB C port and its double the storage space at a much faster rate. I got mine on sale and it was worth it.

7x my read/write, able to hot swap slots. No complaints.

I used this drive for my Rog Ally. I cut some of the pieces in the case for it to fit. With the proper cuts it was a perfect fit. The performance was good on crystal mark and on par with specs. Overall, I am very happy that these speedy drives are becoming much more affordable than they were a year ago.

Switching from an 8 year-old HDD to the 990 Pro SSD was a night and day change! My PC has never been faster, and despite my hardware being a bit older (still on a 980ti GPU) it makes it all run like new again. I highly recommend getting this SSD either as an additional or primary SSD. It's especially worth the price.
