Great storage for new pc. Would recommend fast speeds

I had to backup my data before sending my laptop for repair and this drive was more than enough to back up my entire drive, and did so incredibly quickly. Would vastly recommend, just make sure to use an NVME enclosure that can manage the heat it generates.

This is a great drive. Easy to install, initialize and use. 2Tb is a huge amount of storage for a cheap price.

Best ssd so far. The price is great and the performance is the best so far. I haven’t had any problems!

It fast, very fast and hot. When I'm moving files it can get hot but it does the job fast enough so it doesn't heat up too much. In general I can't really tell the difference between this premium choice and my previous budget SSD.

Workhorse. I've had high load on several of these 990s and never had issue.

Excellent drive for gaming and space. Samsung NVMes are, in my opinion, the gold standard for storage.

Drive is fast and working perfectly. It was very easy to install and had it running in under a minute.

I purchased it for my church because they had windows on a regular hd and it was causing the pc to move extremely slow. After installing windows to it , the pc went from taking minutes to load , to loading up in seconds. Now everyone is happy plus they have more space.

Needed to upgrade the SSD to 2TB. Based on research, Samsung SSDs are top-of-the-line. Installed it into the laptop without a hitch and it is working great. Highly recommended.

This is the fastest, coolest running gen 4 ssd there is. Doesnt get faster until you get into the Gen 5 ssd’s which still arent really supported and double the price

It's always nice going with the Samsung pro lineup because the read/write speed are unmatched and very reliable with large downloads, editing, etc hasn't let me down yet

I purchased this to replace a 1 TB 980 Pro & I can see the difference in speeds for sure. Well worth the money for the space but I wouldn't purchase it just for increased speeds.
