My grandson is happy his computer is working again. The manufacturer of his gaming desktop used a weird SSD card, and it stopped working, so Best Buy installed a new Samsung SSD card, and his computer works great.

Right off the bat, this SSD has amazing software. The Data Migration plus Samsung Magician make it a seamless transition. Using a really old hard drive compared to this is breathtaking. I have been waiting to get an SSD currently own the portable versions for my Cinema Camera. Now, I can edit faster, boot up faster, and see my BRAW Q0 files without hiccups (combined with a good CPU, RAM, & GPU of course). The possibilities are endless and I highly recommend this SSD because its the best.

When you want the best (of its generation, anyway), you don't need to look anywhere else. Samsung SSDs are always high quality, high performance. Never had an issue and these are no exception. Although there are other good options, you can never go wrong with a Samsung SSD. The 990 Pro is certainly one of, if not, the best Gen 4 drives on the market.
