The capacity is three times that of our old washing machine. Requires two rinses to get all the soap out if not washing hot. If hang clothes out to dry, they rare very wrinkled compared to old washer. Dryer tumble does not remove wrinkles.

This is the third set of washer/dryers I have purchased in 10 (many moves across country) all from best buy. These are by far the best I have ever purchased. Even plays a little song when the list is done(a little annoying but I'm sure there is a way to disable it but haven't taken the time to do so)

I GAVE THIS A 4 STAR RATING BECAUSE THIS MATCHING WASHER DOES NOT HAVE A SANITATION CYCLE OR HEATER AS STATED. I HAD TO RETURN BOTH THE DRYER AND WASHER BECAUSE OF NO SANITATION CYCLE ON WASHER AS ADVERTISED. IF YOU DON'T MIND NOT HAVING STEAM FOR THE WASHER, THIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT.

Great washer, large enough to wash king size comforter

I love my new washer. It has several options that I needed for the fast-paced life of my family. The built-in sink with water jet really helps with teenagers in the house! I couldn't afford the fancy models, but this washer gives me the functionality that I need at a price I can afford.

I was a little skeptical of this washer due to it's unusual shape. But after it was in and found how easy and convenient everything about the washer was, all skeptism was 'washed' away. I love the lid, how it just glides down, not having to worry about it slamming closed.

The machine is a little noisy but works very well so far

We had an incredibly challenging LG washer. Not only did it have consistent issues, LG techs seemed unable to get it right. This Samsung after a couple months of use is working perfectly. Relatively quiet, excellent wash quality, stays in balance, could not be happier!

The first washer we received would shake so much during the spin cycle that the entire unit looked like it would tip over. We returned it less than a week later and received a new one in just a couple days. New washer is great and works perfectly.

Awesome product I highly recommend this item. If you have any hesitation about this item let it wash away with the spin cycle.

I love this washer. I have been using the delayed start so that when I'm washing at night i can set it to finish around the time i wake up so i can put things in the dryer and my clothes are fresh and warm for right when I'm leaving my house

I did not realize the washer was so deep I have to use a step stool to remove my clothes. After a washing cycle, I found lint on the clothes. Happened only once, it's new so I can't be sure it was something inside a piece of clothing.

Marion was great. He mentioned the Samsung washer early in the search but since I had owned a Whirlpool all my life I wasn't planning on a name brand change. I am very pleased with my purchase. And the delivery guys were fantastic.

Nice washing machine very sleek. Only issue is that with powder detergent will clump up and stick to clothes. But if you dump it the detergent in before it drains prior to use.

So far, this machine is terrific. Washes cleanly and efficiently. Everything smells fresher. Overall, solid machine. Only one small complaint - its a bit louder than I expected but then again my office is right next to it.

We went from a clunker washer to this one. It looked the best one in its price range and it proved to be true. We actually don't mind the chore of washing clothes now!

I had to pick out a new washer when my first Samsung machine was recalled. I love this machine. The top washing tub is so convenient when washing certain items that need scrubbing. It's the nicest machine I've had

I read a lot of reviews before purchasing this washer. I've got a little one going through potty training, so the wash basin has been put to use since day one. Works wonderfully! And I like that I can customize my loads.

This is a sleek looking washing machine full of useful features. I especially like the active wash since I do not have a laundry room sink. Overall this unit appears to be built to last with great materials.

Perfect washer for a 2nd floor laundry room! Yes, I previously had a recalled Samsung washer, no I did not experience a problem. But I used the recall opportunity to upgrade and replace with a newer model!
