We received this washer as a replacement to a recalled version, and aren’t that impressed overall.

Not in love with this washer

I know it is suppose to be eco friendly but it washes in so little water and with no agitator the clothes on top barley get wet. I find I wash on heavy duty for everything just to get more water in. Has already thrown a couple of error codes. Going to see if I can exchange for a different washer.

Sumsung Washer

I couldnt figure out why my clothes were dirty when I pulled them out of the washer until I stopped the cycle and looked inside to see that my clothes were barely wet and the cycle was ready to spin and rinse.

Good machine,but
