This washer washed well when it works. Had washer for 2 months and now it teases me with locking the door and then acts like it's going to start. Then, after ~1min it unlocks the door and does nothing. Called Samsung customer support and sat on the phone waiting for a Samsung rep for 3 hours. I just hung up frustrated. I am frustrated with Samsung's quality now. I have a full Samsung house. Looking to change that. If a product brakes after 2 months; especially a large appliance, there is a major quality control issue. I have lost my faith in Samsung. Will be looking for an alternative if I can get my money back.

Recall issue apparently didn't get cleared up on all models. The washer started violently vibrating during the spin cycle, again. 2nd Samsung washer in 3 years. Time to move on

Item was recalled due to lids exploding off of machine.

Had a Samsung washer that was recalled. The dryer quit working after only a few years and the new one that I just bought in April 2017 is already showing the same signs as the other (water not draining), and they are blaming best buys installation department. Not a happy customer, once again.

Terrible experience. It broke within two month. Call Samsung CS but they did nothing and hung up my call.

I am having to have a repair company come out to fix it already . I am upset

We bought this washer and matching dryer for our new home and I couldn't be happier! I love the large tub that easily accommodates a king size comforter. The settings looked intimidating, but they really aren't. Everything is pretty self explanatory in regards to which setting to use based upon what you are washing. The dryer is equally amazing and easy to use!

I love it! Would definitely buy again. It's easy to use and keep clean. It's super quiet and washes fast.

I want to like this washer so much. I love the wash basin. It's perfect for laundry rooms, like mine, that do not have a sink and sons who play baseball. My main issue so far has been that sometimes I have to run a load twice because not everything in a load gets fully washed. I follow the directions and pack loosely (not just dump in) and I was told by a salesman at a competitor to load the clothes kinda like a doughnut along the sides, thus allowing the water to shoot up the middle. A few times, I have pulled something out that didn't make the vortex inside and is dry or partially dry. It's very strange. I couldn't wait to get rid of my front loader. Now it looks like I have to wait a few more years for this to break until I go back to the old-fashioned top loader with an agitator. If anyone else has had this problem and/or knows of a solution, I'd love to hear it.

My clothes come out clean, it's quiet.. does it's job. (I've had it for about 1 1/2 years with no problems)

Absolutely HATE this washer. "High efficiency" means you get to wash a full load of clothes in 3 inches of water. Regardless of what setting I use, heavier things like blankets come out dripping water – completely waterlogged, to the point I have to wring them by hand. If I put less than a full load, EVERYTHING needs to be hand wrung. Awful washer!

i love this washer that i just bought it works great, i am glad i bought it especially with the washing basin on the top of the washer, i have no issues with it whatsoever.

I purchased this washer to go along with my Samsung dryer I bought last year. My girlfriend has a 2 year old and the ActiveWash is a godsend for messy kid stains!

The washer did nothing! The wash cycle was still going 3 hrs later. It does what it wants to do and you cannot choose your own Temps, Speeds, Load size, Spin only, etc.... I was ready to kick it after the 3 hrs of trying to get one load washed. I got online with consumer reports and this is one of the WORST RATED washers out there. Not one rating in consumer report had anything good to say and I could relate to all the reports in what I was currently experiencing. AWFUL! Do Not Buy!! BEWARE!!!!

Would not recommend this washer. It does not wash or clean the items in the washer well. If at all. The items in the washer don't even move. Really all the machine does is rinse off the items. We have owned this washer for about two months regret the purchase.
