My front loader washer went out and with 6 people in our household we cant be without a washer for too long so i ordered this model because it had pretty good reviews and was on sale. Hubby did not want a front loader so top loader it was. Does a good job, quiet and has a lot of choices for wash cycles. Gets the job done! So far so good.

i have been in a family that has been in the dry cleaning business for years and i can honestly say this is the best washer i have owned in a while for house hold use. but only time can tell if it can live up to its expectations for a good period of time. i will keep you updated to let people know how long i last with moderate use.

Reviewed various makes and models for washers before purchasing. Choose Samsung based on product reviews and this model due to features and price. Very happy with this product. Has a very deep tub-if you are under 5 ft 2, you may have difficulty reaching the bottom.

I love this washer! Its very quiet and really does a great job cleaning the clothes. The only problem, if you would consider it one, is the deep washer drum. I can't reach the bottom to get the clothes out and have to use a step stool! That is my only complaint.

This washer has saved us a tremendous amount of money. We have not only saved on the amount of detergent, but also on bleach. Simply on the cycles it offers, everything has come out more clean and fresh than ever. I feel like I should be in a commercial because I cannot believe how much cleaner our clothes come out.

Love my new washing machine! It's huge compared to my old machine and no more laundry mat for the comforter. The activewash sink is very handy for treating stains or pre-soaking items. It has many (almost too many) choices for what type of items are in the load and seems very water efficient.

We have had this washer for about a month now and the wife loves it. We had a front loader before and the wife never liked it says it didnt clean as good as top loaders. She feels the clothes are cleaner now. Loads of cycles and features you cant go wrong with this washer

The washer works great! Has a lot of space inside. Can fit a comforter and more. The only thing when it starts the spinning starts and stops but then it starts to spin normal. It's just the way the washer starts.

I purchased this washer because my last Samsung had a recall on it. I have only had it for about one month and so far it has worked wonderfully. The tub is a little deep. I am 5'4" and I have to get on my tippy toes to get small items like socks from the bottom.

Our old machine broke and we needed a replacement. We wanted a washer that other purchasers were satisfied with. Where we arrived we had an employee on vacation but at the store spend time answering our questions before turning us over to working staff. Since then the machine is doing what we wanted, washing clothes.

This washing machine is a dream. It's a top loader with a huge drum. I'm not washing clothes as often because it holds much more. It suggests water temp, cycle, minutes to run, etc. which I never had before and it is very quiet. Nothing bad to say about this!!!

The Active wash feature is really useful, especially if you don't have a deep sink. Pretteating and handwashing is super easy. More room than my front load had and I don't have to worry about the musty smell that the front loads tend to get sometimes.

I've owned it for about a month and so far so good. It runs fairly quietly but plays a song at the end of the cycle which is nice because you can hear it from anywhere in the house but it's not alarming. Our clothes are clean and it's easy to work!

My favorite washer so far. It can hold all my laundry throughout the whole house and still clean them super efficiently. Uses less energy and water than older machines for sure!
