We have had this washer for over a month if works well. Clothes get clean and the washer does a load of clothes much faster then our front loader did.

Machine works very well. Very large capacity. I was not used to the High Efficiency machines and how little they agitate the clothing but my clothes come out clean so it seems like it works.

Purchased this washer on sale to replace previous Samsung washer under recall. Does what it is supposed to do. The presoak tray is a nice feature. Clothes come out clean and large capacity. Only downside. . . it is noisy versus front-load.

"Cool" looking unit. Didn't want front loader. Like the agitator-less design and the handwash area. Waited 3 weeks for both units to be in stock before delivery. Paid the extra $$ for delivery/installation(normally self install) & extended warranty. Had about a month and have a chronic out of balance problem since the beginning. Checked to verify level, Manual useless for issue. Finally gave up and called Geek squad. Was implied delivery guy may have skipped a step. Soonest available technician appointment 2 weeks out.

I'm very happy with this washer. Love the size and I love the extra tub for pre-wash or hand wash. It also has many cycles to choose from .

Bought my replacement for the recalled washer almost a month ago and I have not had a problem with it. I am beginning to wonder about my refund check for the recalled washer since I have not heard a word from SAMSUNG even though I sent my paperwork in 28 days ago via certified mail. Gee guys sorry for you troubles but I also have bills to pay and sincerely hope I will not be waiting several months for the funds owed for purchasing your washer again. It would also have been nice if we with the recalled washers got first pick over any stocks offered instead of having most of them disappear of Black Friday. Business is good!

I had to get a new washing machine because there was a recall on my previous so decided to go with the upgraded model and I do not regret it. It does everything I need and more.

The washer works great. It's not so noisy and looks very futuristic. The top washing bin is very useful and practical. The only negative I can say is they are a bit bulky and big.

I bought it for my new home. It looks nice and is affordable. I used for a couple of weeks. Washing is quiet as well. Top loading is better for drain (drier) than front loading.

This machine meets my expectations. I wasn't used to having all the choices of cycles etc that this offered but once I figured those out it's been easy and the machine works great.

I love this washer it's pre-soak spot is a brilliant design, it washes great it has cut down laundry day in half due to being able to wash more at once I also love it's self clean !!

Had to get this one based on its better ratings. We were getting an LG but the reviews said they got off balance easy so here we are

After reading all the reviews, I decided to purchase this washer. It is very quite and does the job. I am 100% happy with this washer. Thanks to best buy for the awesome price.

A great value if you can get it at the right time. Many features and cycles. Holds more laundry than we'll ever need to do at one time. Plays a great little tune when it's done.

We got a new washer since we moved. This washer performs very well. It's not part of the recall so buy with confidence. We like better than our previous Samsung front loader.

We had a problem with a previous washer purchased through Best Buy and fortunately had purchased the extended warranty. Since my first washer was determined to be a lemon, they offered me a replacement at full value. This machine was just over the amount when on sale at $549 and the features were over the top. My wife loves the regular agitating machines but went along with me on this machine. We haven't had it long enough to know long term results but the first six weeks have been great. The machine determines how long it needs to run on all cycles and the results are great. Couldn't be more satisfied up to now.

This is a great washing machine. Samsung is smart for coming out with the active wash sink with the jet water for pre soaking can't find the words to tell you how nice this thing works

The fact that I no longer have to go to a Laundromat for my comforters is a big 'to do' for me. The silent washer is a laundry room dream. I love everything about it

Love this washer. So much better than our front loading machine. We are amazed by how quiet it. We also like how it cleans large loads just as well as the small ones.
