Very quiet and seems to wash effectively. I haven't used the sink yet but I don't like that it sticks out so far hat I bump my head when I'm getting clothes out lol

Love this washer. I wanted a top loader without an agitator and love the bowl on top feature for those hand wash clothes.

The install tech recommended we flush the water lines and run a short cycle since our home had been unoccupied for an extended period. Good advice. The washer works as advertised - well, with lots of options. I like the end of cycle chimes which get your attention without being obnoxious.

This washer is so quiet you barely know it is working. The glass cover is beautiful and the hand wash tray is very useful.

Nice big tub and very quiet. Lots of settings and still trying to get used them all.

My Maytag went on the fritz, but it was repairable normally. After I struggled with getting the tub off of the motor shaft, I determined that the effort, probably days of fabricating a tool to remove the tub, was more than the cost of buying a new washer. So far, the Samsung has been fine. It seems to wash clothes well, which should be a given. I'll update if any problems arise. I had to unload and set this up on my own, but had no problems doing so. Getting it level was probably the most difficult process due to my tiling in the laundry room, but eventually it got sorted.

So far it works nice, and is quiet -- it's a step up from the older washer that I previously was using. Got a deal on it.

This washer is very efficient. It has many great settings that we use all the time. I would recommend this to anyone.

While it may have a lot of buttons it is very user friendly and a dream to use.

I love everything washing wise about this machine. However i took a star off cause in only 5'5 and i cant reach to bottom to get clothes out lol my 2nd reason i took a star off cause i wish they made the sink removable cause when im climb inside my washer (just kidding) to get clothes out im always smashing my head on that damm thing grrrr. All in all i would recomend this the cycles are great and no more wirrying about water level as it does it for you. I really love the little music it plays, wish it was louder and had a snooze on it to remind me ckothes in there.

I purchased both this washer and the dryer. So far, it has been a great set.

Great default wash settings, end of wash chime which can also be muted, super large wash loads, prewash sink and Geek Squad installation. This is my first online large appliance purchase. I am thoroughly impressed with the product delivery communication from Best Buy. Only feature that I'm not thrilled with is the depth of the washing machine drum. I'm 5' 3.5" and need to be on my tippy toes to pull the wet clothes from the bottom of the washing machine. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase. In fact, I've ordered the matching drier, too.

I was hesitant to purchase after reading the few negative reviews, but decided to go ahead. So glad I did! I only had one minor issue where the clothes looked discolored or splotchy after a washing, but never again since... and those few clothes that did discolor, went right back to normal when washed over again. The tub is HUGE and I love it! It can accommodate my very large load of darks consisting of towels, jeans, as well as other items, and never goes out of whack! Pleasantly surprised. If you're on the fence with this one, go ahead and jump on in. :-)

I bought this washer because it is energy efficient, did not have an agitator that the clothes would get stuck on, and the reviews were good.

Love how quit this machine is. Best purchase I've made in a long time.

Does a great job clothes are cleaner than ever before , but it is so quiet its hard to know when its done.

This washing machine has been great so far. Super quiet. Doesn't use much water but does an excellent job.
