This is a good washing machine. We do cloth diapers and with the programmable setting it is nice to be able to press one button to get the desired cycle. Also the smart connected feature is great to be able to delay starting loads or know how long is left without having to go to the laundry room. It would be nice if the wash tub was removable since we don't use it and it defeats the purpose of a see through lid.

Couldn't replace a front loader because of space so took a chance on this newer top loader. I think it works even better than a front loader!

Very easy to use and load and great capacity only problem is sometimes it is hard to put in the detergent and sometimes it leaks before cycle starts.

This washer is huge, which is one of its downfalls. Almost too deep to reach down and get all the clothes. Another problem is the wash tub. When the lid is up and you're putting clothes in or taking them out, watch your head. I also don't feel like my clothes are as clean as before with the old agitator style. Still, it works well on most settings, cold doesn't seem to clean well. Clothes are nearly dry when the wash is done due to the high spin rate. With 3 kids this washer is big enough for our family.

We purchased this washer as a replacement for one recalled by Samsung and are very happy with the quality, ability to wash, capacity and price.

Great size as this is one of the the largest models in the top loader. I haven't tried the wifi settings yet but so far so good.

After having my old washe for a few years I had to buy a new one. This one is great, already love how much room it has for my comforter! Worth it!

Goes nice with matching dryer. Its quiet for a washing machine. The bult in sink has been handy a few times. So far soo good.

By far the best washer I have used. Its quiet really sleek and I can do so much more laundry with it.

great Samsung machine clean good looking.tub very deep so if short you will be diving into machine to get cloth from bottom.

So it has a huge drum which can hold a ton of clothes. The biggest down side to this washer, and the only reason I knocked off 2 stars is because the top WILL NOT STAY OPEN. Even the slightest bump will close this thing on your head. It is also tough being short as we have trouble reaching the bottom.

The clothes are cleaner. Didn't realize the drum was so big. Have to use a stool to get the clothes out.

I absolutely love this washer. It has such a large capacity that I need to do less loads. The washer sink is my favorite part. So convenient.
