    Right out of the box, the hand held would not work, then the brush stopped working. Instead of taking the unit back to the store I called Samsung customer service. Samsung customer service is the worst!!! They never found a service tech to repair my vacuum and never followed up with me, I had to keep calling them. I am done with that, I will be taking it back! Avoid this vacuum at all cost!!!
