It only took me about 5 minutes to set this player up with the TV my wife uses, and that included the time to unpack it from the box. Dirt simple, straightforward setup. Great picture and a comprehensive feature set that works well with our wifi network. Only knock I have on this player is the funky design of the controls on the top. I find it much easier to use the remote that I do the touch sensitive controls. Otherwise meets my needs and I would recommend to a friend if they needed a small blu-ray player.

I absolutely love this DVD player. It is so compact but still works fantastically! I love that it has the Wi-Fi connection. I can watch Netflix whenever I want and I never have issues with my Wi-Fi connection.

The picture quality is amazing with this bluray player. It is super easy to use. Love the fact that you can stream from my phone to bluray player to the tv. I love the way Samsung products work together to make it an amazing experience. It gives you unlimited possabilities.

For an inexpensive little blueray, this thing is awesome. Great picture and I wasnt aware when I bought it that it had built it wireless internet connection for Netflix among others. Very simple to set up as it walks you through step by step.

So far, this Samsung Blu-ray player has worked wonderfully. We don't use any of the online services, but the movies look stunning and the player was simple to set up. It's also wonderfully small for connecting to a bedroom TV.

This is my first Blu Ray player and it's better than I expected. Exceptional quality, easy to use and setup was a breeze. Great buy at a good value. Exactly what I wanted for a simple high quality blu Ray player.

The unit is very small, smaller than expected, which is a huge plus. The built in wi fi is extremely useful both for updating the product and using feature like Netflix and Hulu. The picture quality is outstanding and it is very easy to use. I don't have the unit connected to a Samsung TV so I am missing some functionality, but it does all I need. Connecting to my home network literally took under a minute as well. Considering that I bought this blue ray player for under $80, how can you do any better?

I had some very specific requirements for what I wanted a Blu-ray player to do that, ironically, did not include the ability to play Blu-Rays. I just wanted it to play everything else! This thing pretty much does. Streaming: When I first turned it on, it had Netflix preinstalled, but not Hulu or Amazon Video. It quickly updated, and there was Hulu, but still no Amazon. And I don't see any way to install it. Oh well, Amazon, it's time to start pushing your video service more! Files: In addition to streaming services, I wanted the ability to play mp3s, jpgs, and mp4s, which this thing does, extremely well. Just put it on a thumb drive and pop it in the front USB port. Go to the home screen and choose "select device", and there is your USB drive. Then select music, movies, or pictures, and it will find them on the USB. Discs: As for discs, it works equally well with commercially produced DVD discs as it does the ones you write on your home computer. As I mentioned, I don't have any Blu rays, so I can't speak to the picture quality of those. Sound: I also wanted a Blu-ray player that I could use with my 8 year old Sony Surround system (Analog.) This was one of the few players that had a coaxial digital out port (Uses the orange tipped cable in the old color coded system). I hooked the HDMI up to the LCD TV and plugged in the orange cable to the receiver, and voila, I got sound and picture on the TV, and sound through the receiver. I tested it on DVDs, MP4s, and streaming, and it all worked. I don't know if it was doing surround sound or not, but it was coming through all 6 of the wired speakers, including the subwoofer. Stylistically it's small and sleek. The one thing I haven't tried yet is the DLNA function, but when I do, I will try to get back here to update this. All in all, a great little machine for a great price.

So far the Samsung Blu-ray is doing what it is supposed to. WiFi hookup was easy to do. This player is small and compact so fits when in small places. Picture is clear and sharp on my Samsung HD TV.

Samsung - BD-F5700/ZA - Streaming Wi-Fi Built-In Blu-ray Player. I like the Blu-ray with built in Wi-Fi and HD. It's great getting on Netflix, it's so easy. Also, it was a great price too.

Got this to replace a combo vhs dvd whose dvd quit working..this was inexpensive and very easy to set up...have only watched a couple movies but works great..

Do not have a "Smart TV" so this takes it's place. Can streamline Nexflix and has many other smart features. Very easy to set up and is user friendly.

Over all we like this Samsung Blue Ray player! We put this little jewel inside a TV cabinet & so it's difficult to see the top mounted circular control switch & power light ...would prefer "buttons" to be a little more spaced/separate & the power light to be more visible from the front. This unit has a great picture, quick load time and is very very easy to set up and use. It Comes with a Nice sized remote (not huge, not tiny) which is also easy to use & has illumination options for the button panel. (I Love this feature!) -I'm thinking of buying one for our bedroom!!

I've had some problems in the past with Samsung BluRay players (freezing, unable to play discs, etc.), so I was a little hesitant to buy another one. However, so far this one has performed almost flawlessly (knock on wood, I don't want to jinx myself). There are a couple features that I do miss, like a front panel display (not a huge deal, but it was nice to have), and an eject button on the remote (because the controller buttons on the top of the unit are a little hard to see in a dark room. Overall, a good player at a good price.

I bought this to replace a Toshiba blu-ray player that I got elsewhere. I love the features on this: Netflix, Hulu+, Pandora, YouTube and others. I had to update the firmware in order to get most of the network features (including Netflix and Hulu), but that only took a minute or two. If you have a Samsung TV (I don't) you can use a single remote to control everything. This is a bargain. Oh yeah - it plays DVDs and BluRay disks too!

I wanted a bluray player that I didn't have to worry about any buttons breaking off. I was also looking for a wifi player so I could watch my netflix, vudu, and zulu without all the wires and hassle to hook it up. I found this one and absolutely love it. Was very easy to hook up, connect, and navigate. If I had one complaint it would have to be the design of the remote controller. It is a little awkward to hold and it slips out of my hand easily. But that's well worth dealing with because I love my new bluray player.

Product was a great price and is compact. Produces great picture and is easy to operate. Buttons are well hidden and don't entice children to push and play with them. Only gripe so far is the touch and feel is a little cheap to the point it feels fragile. Had software update problem with last Samsung DVD player so we will see how this one does.

We have an older lcd 55" tv with no internet capabilities. This player upgraded it! Not only does it allow us to watch Bluray movies, we can now watch netflix and other online stuff! It also occupies very less real estate! It is small! Should have given 5 stars but I wished it had an indicator on the front to tell that it is on or standby or shut down. Its indicators are on the top. The remote has a cheap feel. It is very minimalistic! Bought it at cyber sale price, it is worth more than I paid for!
