I wouldnt say that I "enjoy" vacuuming. However, having a cordless vacuum makes all the difference! This vacuum has a hreat battery life and its so easy to use. I love that i can get under my table and chairs without having to move anything. Makes for quick easy vacuuming!

If there was ever a luxury cordless stick vacuum, this has to be it. One look will tell you this vacuum is different. In it's normal position, you would be hard pressed to even recognize it as a vacuum. The stand itself is really unique and with the brushed gold trim, it looks like a nice piece of modern art. This machine is designed to sit out in the open where it can be admired, not hidden in a dark closet. Alright it looks good. But there's a lot of features included that make this vacuum a winner all the way around. For starters, it's incredibly powerful and versatile. There are four power levels to choose from, MIN, MID MAX and JET. Samsung claims up to 60 minute battery time, but there's certainly a big caveat here. As you might expect, that would only be on the MIN setting and on top of that, it's without a motorized tool attached. The higher the suction level, the lower the battery life. I can say that using it on MIN is sufficient for normal cleaning of hard floors. At this level, it will easily pick up crumbs and debris and have plenty of power to spare. If you want to use it on carpet, you may need to bump up the power some, so if you have a lot of carpet in your home, your battery life will certainly vary compared with a home that only has hard floors. Which ever level you choose, it does clean very well. Personally, I prefer the lower speed as I think it works best on hard floors (which is primarily where we use it). Even at the lowest speed this machine has amazing suction. It will even pick up debris along the side of the brush head. It easily goes from hard floors to door mats to carpet. The nice thing about the spin brush is that you don't need to change it if you want to vacuum a different floor type. This brush is good for both hard floors and carpet, so no need to stop and swap. It's also light weight and very maneuverable. The filtration system is pretty elaborate. Looking at Samsung's filtration graphic, it outlines 5 different levels. They start out by separating the large particles out, then progressively filter smaller and smaller particles until you get down to the micro filter and fine dust filters. Once you're done vacuuming and return it to it's cradle for charging, you have the choice of using the Clean Station feature. If you want to empty the onboard dust cup on the vacuum, all you need to do it press the button on the top front of the charging stand. This starts up the powerful vacuum in the charging stand to empty out the dust cup automatically. It opens the bottom door of the dust cup and sucks out all the particles that you've picked up, into a dust bag that's located in the base. In addition to that, the base filters the air output from the suction motor keeping your home free of any particles that might otherwise have been able to escape. There's a filter under the dust bag that catches particles as well as a fine dust filter located at the very bottom of the base unit. Each can be removed and cleaned. This feature works remarkably well and leaves the dust cup very clean and dust free. As far as the operation goes, you remove the vacuum from the base unit and close the bottom dust cup door if it's open (from previously pressing the clean button to empty the vacuum).You can extend the tube if needed and press the center button on the top to start it. The plus and minus buttons on either side are used to ramp up or down the power level. The display on top will show the suction power you've chosen and the run time you have left. When on the charging base, it will show the charge percentage. There are also error notifications and a notification of when to clean the micro filter. You can also set the display language it shows. There's also an indicator bar on the battery that lets you see the charging status by color. This is easy to see and faces the front. A lot of vacuums are difficult to take apart and clean but that's not the case with the Bespoke Jet. You can remove the dust cup from the vacuum and separate it into several parts for easy cleaning, all of which can be washed with water. On the base unit, flip the front section down to reveal the dust bag. This can be easily pulled out and disposed of when full. My vacuum came with a dust bag installed and six extra ones as well. These can be purchased separately when needed. Under the dust bag is another removable filter assembly that can be shaken out to remove any dust. At the very bottom of the base unit there's also a fine dust bin that can be removed and emptied. The Jet Dual spin brush can also be easily removed with just a button push. You can do whatever is necessary to remove what's on the brush, and then just slide it back into place. You get two accessories with this vacuum, a combination tool and an extension crevice tool. The crevice tool has a telescoping feature that extends the length of the tool. While these tools are nice, there are a host of other tools that do not come with this particular model. The flexible tool, the spray spinning sweeper tool, an extra battery, the pet tool, the slim action tool and the accessory cradle. So, you'll need to store the combination tool and the extension crevice tool in the dark closet you used to keep your vacuum in, because there is nowhere to store them on the base unit. To be fair, the other tools that aren't included are pretty specialized, and if you feel you would benefit from them they are available for purchase separately along with an extra battery. Personally, I think what you get with this model is just fine. This is after all a stick vac. We use ours for cleaning our hardwood floors and quick cleanups after meals, etc.. Really, what you're paying for is the quality technology of the vacuum itself, the self emptying base and the really great look that allows you to put this vacuum in a convenient room without it looking like the vacuum it is. Nicely done Samsung.

Great vacuum, stylish base that gives it a unique look. Simple to set up. It lightweight to take upstairs but powerful enough to clean deep messes. Comes with a set of vacuum bags which is nice, some additional tools. The con is the price. I would recommend it if it is on sale. If it isn't then for the price I feel like other products bring you more options

This thing has some suction!! It gets into all the nooks and crannies - well worth purchasing! it is a little heavier than I thought it would be - but it is so much easier for the stairs, and doing a quick runround the kitchen at the end of the night! My only complain - if you can call it that - there is nowhere to store the tools on the cleaning station - why not?

Powerful suctioning, decent running time, easy access. The most convenient feature is the self dust disposal!!! Love it. Highly recommend for a busy and clean freak person.

Was hesitant on purchasing this. But after reading alot of reviews and seeing in person I went ahead and purchased. Worth the purchase, light weight, easy to move around and cleans very well. I’d buy another one for sure.

I had a 2 different Dyson vacuums for years and after using this one for the last few months, I like it better. I hope it lasts but to be honest with you my Dyson’s lasted the same as every other vacuum for twice the cost not only is it fabulous at cleaning but the stand that it comes in has bags inside of it so it empties and it’s so easy to take apart to clean as well, very happy with this product and would recommend it

Love that i do not have to dump and get the dust everywhere. You dock it and click the button and done!

This vacuum hands down has made my cleaning routine so much easier and enjoyable. Everything works great. Must have, so esthetically pleasing.

This is my first Samsung Bespoke Cordless stick vacuum, and I have no previous experience with Samsung’s other household cleaning products. I do have experience with a variety of products from other manufacturers, like Dyson and Shark. This model is a part of Samsung’s VS20A95 series. Upon receipt and unboxing, I installed the battery in the vacuum’s Handheld unit and docked it on top of the Clean Station to give it a full charge. The battery was initially at 27%, so it had a way to go before reaching 100%. This unit comes with the Clean Station, the Handheld vacuum and battery, an Extension Crevice Tool, Telescopic Pipe, Jet Dual Brush, Combination Tool, and 3 extra dust bags (a 4th one is already installed in the Clean Station). For clarity, the Clean Station is the floor pedestal unit on top of which you sit the Handheld vacuum when you are finished using it. When mounted atop the pedestal, the vacuum will enter a charging process to bring the battery back to 100% capacity. There is a Start/Stop button on the Clean Station that, when pressed, will pull the debris from the Handheld into the dust bag installed inside the Clean Station. The debris removal process is noisy, so make sure your dog and/or cats aren’t sleeping next to it when this process kicks off. One time after docking the vacuum, the debris removal process seemed to auto-start on its own. But the auto-start only happened that once, so I’m not sure if that was a fluke or if some other parameters were at play. Nevertheless, pressing the Start/Stop button is way too easy to complain about. Each of the accessories I mentioned earlier – Extension Crevice Tool, Telescopic Pipe, Combination Tool, Jet Dual Brush – can fit directly on the Handheld vacuum. In other words, you don’t have to have the Telescopic Pipe installed for them to be used. Regarding the Telescopic Pipe, I like how it was designed. It can be compressed/shortened to around 20” in length, or fully extended to 26”. But as mentioned above, each of the accessories can be attached directly to the end of the Handheld vacuum. If I’m vacuuming the floor, I would typically install the Telescopic Pipe on the handheld vacuum, then attach the Jet Dual Brush to the other end of the pipe. If in contrast I wanted to vacuum the seat cushions on my couch, I wouldn’t need the Telescopic Pipe to do so. I would instead attach the Jet Dual Brush directly to the Handheld vacuum. This is because the added length of the Telescopic Pipe makes it too long for such up-close vacuuming. The vacuum provides a display that shows status information to the user. It also has a power button to turn the unit on and off, as well as plus and minus sign buttons to change the suction power of the vacuum. When turned on, it starts out on “MID” power. Pressing of the plus and minus signs will change its power modes to “MIN”, “MID”, “MAX”, “JET”. Charging time for the vacuum’s battery is documented to be 3.5 hours. Battery usage differs depending on which accessory you’re using and which power setting you’ve chosen. For example: • Combination Tool/Extension Crevice Tool: MIN Level: 60 min, MID Level: 30 min, MAX Level: 10 Min, JET Level: Approx 3 min • Jet Dual Brush: MIN Level: 42 min, MID Level: 24 min, MAX Level: 14 min, JET Level: 8 min This Samsung Vacuum is very comfortable to use. It requires little effort to activate the trigger, or to push the unit around. I generally use the unit on MID power and with the Telescopic Pipe and Jet Dual Brush installed, and I have yet to run out of power. I find that the Jet Dual Brush does a great job on both my hardwood floors and carpet. Oh, and all my house guests complement its great looks. For me, this is a 5-star solution.

Excellent product and works fantastically. Light weight and easy to maneuver around. Have the base makes the product easy to access and use. The all-in-one cleaning station is helpful in emptying the contents of the vacuum. Worthy purchase.
