    Puchased this Sept 2023 (2 years ago). Stopped charging, display on the vacuum went dark. Best Buy couldn’t help because it was 2 months out of support period. Samsung told me to replace the battery even though they could not guarantee that would solve the problem. Replacement battery is $400. Save yourself a ton of money and just get something from Amazon that you won’t feel ripped off throwing away in 2 years.

    Quit working 3 months into having it. Samsung “warranty services” is a joke. When you call you talk to some Indian individual that barely speaks English. After contacting and trying to get the item checked out numerous times, warranty ended up expiring. Will never recommend Samsung! Paid 600 for junk. I think the motherboard/computer element went bad.

    Not worth 600 dollars I’m so sad I missed the deadline to return it. There is absolutely NOTHING special about it..
