Lacks suction

This vacuum is missing on the suction aspects of it. If you’re try to vacuum close to the baseboards, you won't pick anything up that might be crumbs or something heavier than dust. Also trying to pick up crumbs (hello, kids mess) then you have to make several passes and even then it might shoot it off somewhere else instead of picking it up. You can almost hang it up when going from hardwood to carpet. It won't roll or will just stop because it has got stuck on the carpet. Not even high pile either. It also just feels cheap and if you're going at it vacuuming and make the wrong move or bump something it feels like it might shatter or break the wand. A light, it doesn't have one and I knew that but thought ehh, I won't miss it. Wrong. A light is super helpful to see what you've missed and since it's crappy at picking up smaller crumbs, you kind of need that light. So would I buy this again? Absolutely not. Samsung missed the mark on this one because there are better vacuums out there for a fraction of the cost of this one. Super disappointed.

The suction is great but what drew me away was the battery. It lasts roughly 18min on Turbo mode. The trash receptacle is also on the smaller side. The base/stand is a great design. I love the integrated trash bags. Overall it’s a great vacuum but just didn’t fit my needs I wish the battery lasted long.
