Actually chose to buy this "package" because of the case. Was very disappointed. It's cheaply made and of poor design. I find myself removing the keyboard most of the time which is a pain as you have to replace it or be without a cover over the screen

Blue tooth connections use more electricity. I received the case and waited for months for the keyboard. Product was OK. Service was bad! My Galaxy Tab was too narrow for the connections for the case.

It has a cool design but the keyboard doesn’t work, like is really hard to connected because you have to conectes trough Bluetooth and the tablet never finds it.

This came free with the tablet I bought (which is also disappointing), and I had wanted a keyboard case, so I was glad to get it. However, the back "stand" is poorly placed and unstable no matter how I position it. The case does not fold flat when open without the keyboard part popping off. The opening for the charger is the wrong size, so that I have to take the tablet out of the case to charge it. Overall, this thing is more trouble than it's worth.

This offers no protection, so you wouldn't want to keep the tablet in it all of the time. It is also a pain to get the tablet out.

it's really light in weight, but not durable. After 3 or 4 times, not working. Dumped it.

I haven’t received one of the two I was supposed to receive.

It dont work tried to connect to bluetooth and didn't work

I cannot get it to work! Can only get green light to either flash few times or stay on for a few seconds. Unable to pair it with tablet ot came with.. Unfortunately, I didn't open it to use it within return deadline so I'm out of luck ):

The cover is beautiful and if I could connect it to my new tablet I think it would be great to work with. I'm having two problems with the cover, I can't turn it on or don't know if it is on. Secondly, I can't connect it to the tablet.

This item is great I can turn my tablet into a laptop that easily. I can remove the keyboard and it becomes a good tablet stand. A bit expensive but if you can be lucky like I was and buy the tablet get the keyboard stand free go for it.

My biggest disappointment in a long time. It worked great for a couple months..then just stopped connecting to my samsung tablet,,out of the blue, No trauma...nothing. :-(

i ordered a Samsung case. Best buy sent me a aftermarket low quality alternative without asking or notifying me of the change.

Overall I like the cover - and especially the kick stand. The keyboard, however, is worthless - it does not work at all....

It's a good keyboard/Folio case. It FEELS heavy, even when compared to my Lenovo tablet with its matching case. But the weight isn't THAT much different in absolute terms. I think it's because the tablet and keyboard is significantly smaller in spite of being the same sized 10 inch screen, than my Lenovo combo, it's density makes the weight surprising. I bought this as a supplemental writing device for when I travel. At first, I had trouble with getting it turned on and synched with the tablet. But the thing is that first synching simply MUST be done with a full or nearly full battery. Charge the keyboard at least 2 hours before trying to use. In spite of its size, typing is fairly comfortable. Some of the keys are in weird places, in my opinion, but nothing I can't get used to. The keyboard/folio device is comprised of the keyboard, and a little plastic tray into which the tablet fits exactly. None of the buttons or other physical controls are covered up, I already dropped it once and it seems fairly sturdy even with the tablet installed. I think the idle time before it goes to sleep, needs to be alterable. As a writer, i often think (daydream?) for quite a bit before actually typing. I'd like to be able to alter the sleep controls. The 'manual' kind of sucks, it's a tiny piece of folded paper that doesn't even state where the power button switch is. It tells you how to insert the tablet into the tray, how to link it to the tablet, and what the blinking LEDs mead. That's it. I'd like to see descriptions of how to control and set up a bit better. Somehow, I inadvertently switched the keyboard to the British and not the American "quertiop" keyboard where [SHIFT33] types the british money sign and not the hashtag. I don't know how I did it, and I don't know how I got it back to the way I want. Apparently there are set up and control options I am expected to figure out, I want a keyboard, not a puzzle. I'm reasonably happy with the product. However I DON'T think it is worth the full listed price, there are better, and cheaper,name brand folio case/keyboards out there. Part of the problem is that this is NOT a Samsung product. It is licensed by ITFIT as a "Designed for Samsung" product. All the promotional material hint at it being an "official" Samsung product supported by Samsung. It is not. The box reads: "Designed for Samsung" is a trademark granted to third party manufacturers to design and produce Samsung Electronics Co, Ltd compatible accessories. Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd is not responsible for the design, manufacture, quality of this accessory, for its operation, ore its compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Please contact the accessory manufacturer for any questions regarding the accessory." If I had paid full price for this product, I'd be fairly angry right now. At the full list price, I'd expect it to be fully supported by Samsung. But at the price I paid (50% off introductory offer), I'm comfortable with the product. It's a VERY good product, and I'd buy it again at the price I paid, but it is actually at the upper tier, third party, keyboard product category. which frankly frequently lists for less money than product sold by the actual tablet manufacturer.

Keyboard was not sent with the tablet as it should have been. Rec'd it 2 weeks later and it never did work.
