Really sleek looking monitor ,great for gaming , price can be lower for higher valve

I think the Samsungs are excellent quality for the price. I like the higher stand with this model, but it could be a little sturdier.

I love this TV. Can't imagine having a better one.

I have spent the last month or more going over countless monitors attempting to find the best "newer" type 23" or 24" product for around $180.00 to $260.00. Now, please accept that I only peruse over and will then eventually buy from one of the top three or four makers of PC monitors, two mother-board makers, and two power supply makers, and one brand of RAM. However, currently I am running the 24C750 off of an old Laptop just to see that the unit is working correctly. The unit is operating flawlessly, and soon I will have it hooked up to my amply capable home computer running off of a very good Radeon high-end graphics card at the full resolution. The construction type of this monitor is that of a "mva" type panel for which I have read and studied about along with the various flavors of "ips" technologies currently available to 2013 buyers who then must choose between the two leading wide-angle mid-range models. There now seems to be an over-abundance of these newer "ips" type panels in the marketplace even though I referred to both types as the leading technologies. This new Samsung reminds me of the higher than $500.00 Dell Monitor that I bought for my son to play games with some 5-6 years ago. That monitor still excels to this day. If you stay with the 24" model, don't let the lack of height adjustment trouble you as I have accepted it due to the fact that in all other ways of movement this monitor is sturdy, strong, and smooth as silk. It is just a gorgeous addition to your high-end system. The ASUS PB23Q would have been my second choice as also on par with the Dell 2311 as well. One of the Viewsonics would have been my 3rd or 4th choice. Even being a bit high off the desk, it fits the symmetry of the entire unit and makes it unique as well. The cables run inside the stand. bought this over the weekend, i wasn't sure what i was getting at first, read reviews of the resolution (1920x1080) on a 24 inch making the picture out of wack or "stretched",but none of that is true the picture on this thing is amazing...the desktop is super clear with nice crisp letters, up close or far. nice and bright and the colors on this pop. no dead pixels and haven't noticed any backlight bleeding thus far glad i bought this, picture quality is almost as or is superior to the standard ips panels you get. viewing angles are great but not perfect but using as a monitor, you are sitting in front of it so the angles arent important, but i can sit off to the sides slightly and the picture is still perfect when watching (most) movies/videos, the standard resolution that u get on the video files fits perfectly onto the screen with no black bars on top or bottom, the whole screen is the picture due to it being 24 inch monitor. highly recommend this dont forget great price.

I bought this monitor because it had dual HDMI inputs. The picture quality is absolutely stunning and very easy to set-up. I would recommend this to anyone that was looking to get a monitor at a great price that is full HD.
