The chromebook really packs a lot in a small device. If you are wanting to take advantage of a cloud based system that allows you anytime access, go this route. Not heavy, clunky, or unappealing. It's hard to go wrong with this product, even the price is reasonable. Best for everyday, regular task. If you are looking for a more professional tool with storage capacity, you will need something more advanced. I really love giving this as a gift, because it's inexpensive and very useful.

I needed something smaller than my laptop, but screen larger than my smart phone, with enough memory to not use up in record time. It provides quick online access and enables me to type papers or notes without having to add a keyboard or stand, which I admit, comes in handy. Standard 32gb flash memory, fast processor and couple handy usb ports. Serves my purpose plus more.

Easy to use. It has intel but no windows operation only Chromes. It a good size and good for kids or college student to use. The memeory is 32gb but you can add more to it. Takes sd card. I love how i can find stuff easily. Eventhough i dont have word it has a program called docs which works the same. Unfortunately, the keyboard does not have backlight and no dvd drive. But overall is a great chromebook. I love samsung. Great price best buy!

i am a college student myself. i bought for school use, such as taking notes, doing homework etc. i bought it on blackfriday, so i got 80 dollars off my chromebook. this one has good battery life, decent keyboard and decent speed. one thing that i don't like about this is the screen it has. the viewing angle is bad. overall it is a decent chromebook.

Especially like the size and ease of carrying the computer with me. This computer is to replace a small, compact computer. It is great to have a fast, bright computer to use now. Have only had a short time and am just exploring all of the uses.

I am a graphic designer. Because of this I have a huge and heavy laptop. I wanted a secondary laptop that was light, small and easy to bring with me for lighter things like writing papers, online shopping or participating in my online class discussions. It has been working great for me. I originally purchased one open box from best buy (certified by geek squad) DO NOT DO THIS. This is the THIRD laptop I have purchased open box certified from best buy that has been damaged. However, now that I got a different one it's working great. The only complaint I have is that sometimes when I am writing in my class discussion boards, the cursor moves to randomly backwards through what I am typing. It has nothing to do with the trackpad, I checked. Maybe I have another faulty unit; who knows. But otherwise this little laptop is great! I use Microsoft office online and it works just like my regular PC for basic tasks

I love this chromebook. Easy to use and it connects with google. Its a good size and the price was awesome. It holds 32gb of memory but i can add an sd card to expand it. It doesn't have backlight on the keybord. I found it easy to navigate. I like it and recommend it.

Bought this for my 10yr old daughter she is on the internet and YouTube and google. It is perfect size for her. And is pretty fast considering how little the GB is. So far so good

This fits exactly what I needed. A smaller laptop, very light, durable, and well made. If you need a small laptop and don't need it for much besides writing, surfing, or school, pick this one up! Great value.

This is the PERFECT gift for someone or yourself if you're looking for something lightweight, sturdy, and just wanting to do admin work or for school projects/papers. I would have given this a 5 but there are feature lacking like being able to add Microsoft Office and a few programs that could be used for work or school. (Before you comment and tell me that's why this is a CHROMEBOOK. I KNOW....) there are ways to get Office or the other programs on this device through some digging and changing of the OS, however, it wasn't something I absolutely needed just yet. Keeping that in mind you might be asking "what's the big deal?" Well because this is a Chromebook, you are primarily using Google Applications. Meaning for work or school- Google drive, docs, presentations etc. Of course these aren't bad, but we all know how finicky the layouts can be and when converting to Word or powerpoint, they might be different. Other than that, the Chromebook is a perfect device and small enough to fit anywhere. I use this when I want to be mobile vs. My 17' Alienware I have at my desk (try lugging that around or even find a bag to put it in...) I would definitely recommend this and again keep in mind this device doesn't have a lot of memory and it's NOT MEANT FOR GAMING... too many low reviews because of that.. c'mon people... Pricing- always look for price matching or when BBY has sales on it but overall $200 is a steal (especially if you do some backdoor work to unlock it's full potential).

We were looking for a small laptop that our daughter could use for school, and this turned out to be the perfect size, lightweight and portable, with all the power she needs for access to her webapps.

I have used a chromebook at work for years. I just wanted something at home that could handle email and internet searches. The screen is large enough, the charge holds for quite a while. Size is compact and good for travel. It is recommended as a "student computer", but I use it numerous times a day. I am happy with my purchase.My husband saw how pleased I was, so he went and got one of his own!

This is my first chromebook and I bought it so that I can take it with me when I travel. Love the finish, size and weight and the ease of use. Saw it on sale and had to have it!

We are very pleased with this economical unit as a backup for our more powerful, full-function desktop computer. As regular Google world users, it could not have been easier to begin using after charging: opened the cover, logged in, and Voila! Very light and convenient. Display is acceptable, has a definite optimal viewing angle. Not super fast, but just right for email, social media, internet searching, shopping, working with Google docs. Battery life more than sufficient for our needs. Reasons for a 4-star rating: we have not put heavy demands on it, have not had it long, and recognize its limitations. We love it. Our first Chromebook. Excellent for its niche in the tech spectrum.

this is a really good light and compact laptop. Its got good speed to it, no issues with wifi, easy to set up, and turns on and off easily.

My son's teacher recommended that students bring their own electronic device to class since the school did not have enough. Their class uses Google classroom and she recommended the chromebook. After reading many positive reviews, I decided on this particular model because the price was right at less than $200. This machine is perfect for his needs. It boots up quickly, is lightweight and runs smoothly. He loves it.

This chromebook is fast and easy to use. It was easy to set up. It works great with our hp printer. It is compact. No issues at all.
