First time using a Chromebook & I'm loving it so far. It's lightweight. Great display. Plenty of storage & room for more. Lightning fast. Only negative is this Samsung Chromebook does NOT have backlit keys like the description says, so that's a disappointment. Overall, I love this product because of its simplicity, ease of use, & security. Highly recommend.

I needed a new computer and the chromebook was just what I needed! Very light weight easy to use and fits in a small handbag if your in a hurry.

I first purchased this for myself so that I could have a lightweight computer just for internet browsing, light document editing, and occasional video watching without having to turn on my heavy laptop. I like that this chromebook turns on and off super quickly. I like how light it is. I love the battery life. It is a good, simple, internet-based computer to have around, and at such a low price, definitely worth it. After about a month, I bought another one for my dad who is 74 so he can check his emails and do light document editing. So far he really likes it, too. Like some other reviewers say, this chromebook is often on sale. But even when it's not, $199 is not bad for this solid little computer! (Also, if you want a little more internal memory, you can buy an SD card for pretty cheap, but since it runs off Google and the cloud, you might not need the extra storage. I haven't used mine yet. I just keep everything on Google Drive and am able to access it from my other main computer.)

This laptop will run only limited software, but I got it for a great price of $129 during Black Friday. An excellent laptop for a beginner or intermediate user.

I don't believe that you will find a better Chromebook at the price! Phenomenal buy! Solid performing, reliable, simple to operate, and one of the premier operating systems of the future that can do a good 95% of what a traditional laptop PC can do, and closing ground on the other 5% quickly! If you own a Mac, or a Windows PC, this is a great addition to add to your arsenal, and can easily serve as your primary computer also!

This product is very good but it takes awhile to get used to. In order for printing to work, you need a computer already up and running with Chrome in order to upload printers. You don't need to use Chrome as your default browser on your main computer. If you shut that device off all printers will show up online as offline. The Chromebook works great online and with a supplemental micro sd card you can utilize it to a greater extent.

This computer is fast and very durable. I bought it to use at work and it hasn't disappointed. The price is great and Samsung is a great name.
