    The door compartments are very small and illogical for fitting basic items. Best Buy delivered the previous model and is replacing with newer model. Look forward to seeing the newer model. Touch screen is simple and nice concept

    We started having issues with the ice machine. It had a frozen sheet of ice inside & stopped making ice completely. Shortly after that the freezer stopped. Samsung sent out technicians 3x to try fix it. After the 2nd visit my refrigerator stopped working. During the 3 hour visit on the 3rd trip I was told it could not be fixed. It’s been 2 weeks now. A ticket was issued with Samsung & it took 5 for Samsung to complete the notes to issue a store credit. The store credit will take an additional 5 days to approve. I’ve lost food but more importantly ALL MY BREASTMILK!!

    The fridge is beautiful and cools well. My big problem is the software.It took 30 minuets to get it to connect to the right access point, it kept wanting to connect to my bridged modem instead of my router. I had to reboot all of my internet equipment to correct it. Second is the family hub. It needs a lot of work, it took over two hours to get it connected to my cell phone. If you visit a website that is not http you get a warning. There is no way to change the setting, You cannot copy urls from the calendar to the browser this really sucks. Over all for the money spent it's not worth it.
