Very happy with this hi tech refrigerator. First time buyer of a Samsung refrigerator, and are impressed with all the new features on board. We have been listening to Christmas songs on Pandora daily since the delivery.

Using the family hub app I can view what's in my fridge from anywhere. Anyone can add to the shopping list which I can view on the app while shopping. Ice maker and water on the door are a so convientent.

This has been my dream fridge since it came out! I absolutely love the double doors on the freezer it’s so much easier to find things and the fact that u can choose it to b fridge or freezer as well

I have had this refrigerator for a little over a year. Two major problems. The icemaker keeps getting jammed and freezing up. I have to defrost it about every two weeks. The second problem is the Hub will not stay connected to the internet. I have to keep rebooting my router as well as the hub. It will reconnect, but it will only stay connected for about a week. I even set up a static IP address and that worked well for about a month and then it started again with the dropping offline. I love the rest of the refrigerator and the ability to have an ongoing slideshow of family pictures. I can live with the dropping offline, but the icemaker is a pain. My guess is because the icemaker is in the refrigerator instead of the freezer and it is just bad design and does not stay cold enough.

Tablet has many useful apps. My favorite is streaming Pandora radio. Speakers are surprisingly loud. Cameras also works great when you want to peak inside while at the grocery store.

The best 4door refrigerator. Look absolutely beautiful. Counter depth so it fit nicely. The family hub look and work nicely. Every guest compliment on how nice it is. The flexible part of the frig I use to store beers and speed up to Xtra cold when need. Absolutely love this Samsung 4 doors frig.

I love what this item can do. The best part to me is that I can store all my pictures in the screen. I can even watch tv on it while I am cooking. Make sure you have great wifi, or the signal will not be that great. It has a lot of features that can be done. I bet I am not doing everything that I can do on it. 5 stars.

Great all around use. Shelf space could be better along with more room for taller objects.

Love, love, love this refrigerator. It is all I hoped it would be and more. The French doors on bottom for freezer work great. Much better than my old side by side. All of the apps and hub work awesome. I highly recommend this. For a larger family, I would maybe do the bigger size but for just two at home now I love the sleeker counter depth.

I wasn’t completely sure about this items since there are good and bad reviews. My refrigerator is working perfectly and that includes the family hub which I’m loving so far....besides all the amazing features this refrigerator mirrors your TV (if compatibility exist) so you can even watch TV. Overall very happy with my purchase

I love this. It's very modernized for my home. I like the screen in the from of the door. I think every home need to have one.

Couple of bugs with the software and apps. Wish they had a lot more apps, as well. There should be a Restart/Reboot software option without having to unplug the whole Fridge. Love the counter-depth and usability with the screen overall.

The buying experience and equipment surpasses my expectations.

The ability to see what is in the fridge and to have a shared shopping list through the phone app is very convenient.

My family loves all the options that come with this fridge. The FlexZone is cool. The Family Hub and app are convenient to use with your phone to see what's in your fridge at any time. My kids love to use the Whiteboard option to write me love notes. It plays my Pandora stations and is fun to show friends when they come over.

Awesome refrigerator! My daughter love that tablet she play with it all the time. Smart frige with camera inside and tv mirroring that allow you to watch what you have left off at the other tv. You can listen to music, looking for recipe on that big table instead of my phone it is so convenient. I love it

The experience of using this refrigerator is excellent, that I can listen to my favorite songs from it, news channel and more. The additional Flexible compartment that works as either a freezer or refrigerator is an advantage, giving one more more choices with the same product. It is great to have in the home!

The fridge is great. Cools quickly. Screen works just fine and install was not a problem. No qualms from me.
