Refrigerator looks and works awsome no real learning curve only real issue I have is it doesn't support iOS yet and in review it says it does hope they get a fix out soon , if you purchase this make sure you have them deliver it very heavy and big , the guys that set it up was flawless highly recommendable

We love this fridge! There is plenty of space in the fridge. We live the fact that the 2 bottom sections can be converted to a freezer area. But the best part is the attached tablet that we use quite often to play music, look up recipes and write little reminder notes in the calendar area.

Great refrigerator. Buy the extended warranty as the touch screen went out about 6 months in and it was super easy to call geek squad and have them fix it for free. Make sure you purchase Samsung brand water filters.

I had this fridge for 6 months and it was working perfectly then the ice maker broke which was annoying but we got it fixed. Then it broke three more times and the last time it broke about a month later the compressor broke and the screen started glitching. I don’t recommend this fridge because it will break after a few years and for us it broke after 3.

I really enjoy the section that i can change from freezer to fridge. Although I have to reset the fridge sometimes, the screen freezes and doesn't react or update. Definately a glitch that needs to be improved upon.

Love the family hub and the layout of the interior - but there’s a terrible flaw in the design of the ice maker.

I have not yet started to use, but this was delivered to our home which is a new construction. We are getting complements from everyone who sees it and my kids love the drawing and recording features.

I got this refrigerator because my husband said it would help him grocery shop. He hasn’t gone since we got it, BUT HAS HELPED ME TREMENDOUSLY. THE CAMERA ALLOWS YOU TO SEE WHATS IN IT SO YOU NEVER FORGET ANYTHING.

Headed into my 2nd year of owning and no issues. Bought on sale for $1500, had 8 in stock and within a couple hours they were all gone. Love my Samsung "tablet" frig.

Looks great in my kitchen. Very user friendly. Best Buy gave me a quick run through and then I played with it after that. Everything works better than I thought, including the water dispenser.

First and foremost, it's beautiful and has lot to like. The apps are cool, it would help significant to have a Samsung phone though. As an iPhone user, some of it doesn't compute. It would also be nice if it had more options to communicate with other things- other streaming services and sonos, in particular. But my biggest beef is the screen mirroring. Your tv can only be within 20 feet of the fridge, which is unbelievable and very annoying. The low tech of it is infuriating.

I'm still learning new stuff this refrigerator can do even after a month and I continue to be amazed. I have had some issues with the app however.

We all love this refrigerator. We message each other and review family calendars. The ability to view what is inside the frig when grocery shopping is Priceless!

Having an issue with the compressor. The freezer is not staying cold. I hope samsung can repair under warranty.

Best choice of refrigerio could had made. Tv install and 3 cameras to see what's inside the fridge without opening the door waste less electricity

I was a bit hesitant with this brand initially since thy are not known for these kind of appliances... however it has been a pleasant surprise so far no issues whatsoever

Love this new refrigerator ...it's cool that I can look up recipies and listen to music while I'm cooking and my family can all add their daily schedules in one place no more white boards

This is the best thing I have ever purchased! Even though the app needs improvement, the refrigerator itself is roomy with adjustable shelves and the Flex Zone gives it more versatility

Nice fridge with nice options but should realy have better storage in the doors. One side it all too narrow and the other are too short.
