Love this fridge works great with the app. Make a shopping list to do list and save items on fridge. The voice activate bixby doesn’t work to good that could be better but over all good

This Samsung Family Hub is exactly what I was looking for. The plethora of features are amazing and it’s unique look sets it apart from other refrigerators. I love it and the amount of compliments I received have been awesome.

Amazing fridge with cutting edge technology. The whole family enjoys the features. We love that you can look inside while away. I would get rid of Bixby though, it's terrible at recognizing voice. Very limited on voice features.

Had previous bought and older model and the ice machine kept freezing up. Found out it was a defect that was in the 2018 and prior models. Let’s knock on wood we don’t have the same issues. All in all though a great product.

Samsung not very good refrigerator has ice maker issues should of bought whirlpool when delivered the geek squad broke wire for camera and led lights went out in freezer

There are only two of us but the size gives us great roominess for all we need. Great amenities: lighting, multiple doors, multiple cooling areas, and touch screen (that we still need to find a 10 year old to explain to us)

This Samsung Refrigerator has so many cool features that are very helpful, like being able to look up ideas for dinner, leave reminders for other family members. I highly recommend this Refrigerator.

Great fridge, so advanced. Love the Apps and how organized my food is with the flex zone drawer. It gives you recipes with what the cameras see inside.

This fridge is outstanding. So functional to keep up with every day things. I love how you can turn up the music and cook your favorite meal and look up a recipe to start something new.

Honestly - I thought this is a "toy" we don't need. Now can't imagine being without this. Besides the refrigerator being a refrigerator this also gives us the ability to plan our life and control things in an app which we thought we didn't need. Tasks are getting done, music playing while working, ring app for monitoring cameras, grocery orders and probably more to go later

Issues with delivery time. Took over a month to have it delivered. I was already paying the credit card before I had a good working product. When it was finally delivered the door wires were cut so we couldn't use it till they delivered a new fridge. Luckily we had a spare fridge in the garage. The new broken fridge just sat in the kitchen unplugged and unusable. Store should've compensated for all the issues. Bixby keeps activating out of the blue. We've learned to live with the issue.

It's best you know what it takes to operate this techno bot my advice is u-tube, it does everything but the dishes. My wife Luvs it !!!! Lots & lots of room

I wasn't into the gadgets in this fridge at first. My husband wanted the fridge for the interactive front panel. I must admit, I do check the weather before heading out for the day. I know I could check my phone too, but it's easier to read on the big fridge instead of the small phone. The refrigerator was very quiet when running. Cleaning was VERY easy with only a wet cloth.

This fridge comes with an in-built giant tablet.It really is a nice feature but too expensive

Great refrigerator but we did just start having ice maker issues two years into owning it.

I'm giving this a 3 star because my ice maker isn't working right. I can't pull out the tray which I did get the tray out once but now it won't and ice will not come out dispenser. Even when it did come out the dispenser it always comes out crush instead of cubes. My warranty is expired.

Still need a lot to learn and adjust to the HUB isn't very easy to set everything up, the fridge is nice and big
