Decided to upgrade from our duel fuel Bosch after several disappointing years. Couldn't be happier Range top is outstanding. Middle burner is great for larger dutch oven. Power burner heats up fast! Split oven is genius. We keep the divider in when not needing a larger over - oven comes up to temp in no time. 400 deg in 3 mins. Best Christmas gift to ourselves ever!

Having the gas range and electric oven is great!!! Love the option to be able to have a full or double oven.

Great design and looks like it was built to last. Can't to use it for many years to come.

- it wasn’t communicated to me that the edges of the stovetop are meant to slide overtop of the countertop. We built our own counters and it was too late by the time we received the oven, to make any changes. (Back ordered / not in stock to view in store) - the dual oven technology isn’t great. I dislike the large slide out that needs to be removed in order to cook in the single oven - food doesn’t cook well in the lower oven when you have the dual oven mode turned on and when you’re not using the upper oven at the same time - food doesn’t cook well on bake - but the convection bake works great! (This was supposed to be the best oven for baking... gas stovetop, electric oven) - super loud - hard to clean - griddle that it came with isn’t seasoned so I’ll probably never use it - right front burner takes several tries to light

We ordered this oven after the GE cafe series oven we got from another store stopped working the third time we used it. Best Buy delivered the Samsung three days after we ordered it. My wife absolutely loves everything about this oven. It heats up fast and cooks evenly.

Love this oven. It's the best one we have ever owned.

Overall, the Samsung is a great range for almost everything. However, I have noticed that on the gas cooktop, there is very little difference between high heat and medium heat. To turn the flame down, I have to go all the way to low rather than begin at medium. This is a minor defect, though.

I have had a month but was damage they did install since my other stove was gone. I have use of the top burner and the small oven. Not sure about the single oven have had some problems with the heat not sure it was not also damaged will be getting a replacement hopefully in3wks

I like how the oven and stove work...I have always had electric and still think electric are easier to keep clean. Getting used to the gas but still hate the clean up.

I scheduled an in home consultation. I was assured that I was purchasing the right size and the consultant provided recommendations. He arranged for me to meet with the Appliance Manager at my local store.

We installed in a short time. Was well packaged so is in perfect condition. Everything is operating well and so far, using the control panel has been easy to understand and fast. Very pleased.

Great unit. Second one we've had. Sold a house and left the other one behind. If you are not a daily user, it can be a little complicated or intimidating; but it's been worth it.

For a dual-fuel range, it stacks up well to competitors on price. And well equipped with several different sized burners, recessed knobs, dual door, etc.

This stove rocks. Just be cautious using the double oven the first time it seems to cook faster than expected.

This stove is beautiful and turns head. It makes everyone envious. Did I mention it works great too. It is easy to set up also.

The only downside to the oven is the timer has a soft, low volume. Haven't found a way to increase it and I've looked.
