Has been back to Best Buy twice. I am very disappointed in this phone and now can’t return it, it has been 3 weeks since I bought it. Camera is great, but does not make up for a phone that I can’t do the normal things that you would with a phone.

I am constantly having to power off because i cant make outside call. When i am on a site it keeps going back to original page. I have six months til my warranty expires with Samsung. They cant seem to help.

First 3-5 days were okay. Now a month later it is very slow to respond, takes 30-40 sec for a phone call to go thru, and battery life drops like a rock. Unhappy with this purchase
