Pros: 1. The keyboard case that comes with the device as part o the deal 2. The pen feature which made using sassing notes quite easy and entertaining 3. The overall feel of the device. Not too bid, not too small 4. The windows operating system on a Samsung experience was quite interesting with its own disadvantages 5 The pencil feature s rally cool for those that love art stuff. There are many free drawing apps aside the already installed one for you to try. Cons: 1. I would have been good if the 10" had two type-C ports like the 12" does. That way it would have been easier to charge the device on 1 port while projecting a presentation on the other. 2. If you are going to use cloud services like Dropbox and one drive on the device, then you have to invest quite a bit of money to purchase larger SSD capacity devices. 3. I am fan of android apps, so it was quite a challenge for me to like how Microsoft apps are handled. Also, some appestat I found on the Android platform could not be found on the Microsoft store. 4. As with most Samsung devices, you need 100 brightness to use the device outside on a sunny day, which does not help much n the way of battery life. All in all, the product is great. I returned the 10", and got the 12" instead; it was worth the additional effort, not so much the extra cost. I greatly regret the fact that I could not get more acquainted with the device, since it was stolen 5 months after I purchased it.

Light and easy. Best if you use it for email and cloud based filing.The Windows experience is useful in a portable setting. Not for a daily production devise.

Excellent lightweight, right-sized Windows machine for travel at a decent price point. Would buy it again. Only drawback for me is I want two USB ports so I don't have to unplug power to plug in USB devices.

Needed a replacement for a broken Surface RT and this was the one. Windows 10 works well and ties in with other devices nicely (network printer, files, pics, etc) easier than android tablets. The screen res is great and the unit is fast. The keyboard works well and the tablet knows when the keyboard has been removed (they all do), but also know when you fold it back - handy and reliable, unlike the RT.

I received my Galaxy Book last Monday and haven't had a chance to test it out till today. I've been wanting to upgrade both my tablet as well as my laptop. This is the perfect marriage of both world. I didn't want another Android base tablet. I wanted a tablet/laptop that can handle my daily work and play. I've always love the design of the Samsung product and this one did not disappoint me at all. I had a chance to connect my projector to the Galaxy Book and it was flawless. I paired it up with my Amazon Echo. It was better than I expected. My daughter who's 4 years old love the 3d paint software. She was playing with it for hours. So far the battery life seems to be able to handle at least 7 hours of non stop movie watching and internet browsing. I will have to test some more to see the full potential of this device. But as of right now, it's been nothing but wonderful for our family. Looking forward to playing with it some more.

1. Portability - Cannot express how compact this is, but it is a great device for On-the-go travel. great device for school, a device you can toss into a backpack 2. Accessories - Comes with its keyboard, Pen, and "Pen holder". So far its holding up great! drawing is acceptable. 3. Recharge - With USB-C you can charge up very quick! plus use a Battery bank for on the go, when an outlet is absent. 4. Performance - It holds up on most basic tasks, and a couple tabs open while your at it. On my downtime I will be playing Hitman GO, a very simple performing game, and it holds up just fine, Yes with its fan-less design it will warm up, but not to worry. 5. Gaming - Expect light-level gaming, nothing serious, Basic "board" games. Overall - I do recommend giving this device a chance in your everyday tasks, assuming its light basic needs such as emailing, use of any Microsoft Suite products, and streaming. Set the Mood - You are running out of time to do that paper, and your not near your home, well not to worry, you got your Galaxy book to finish up that paper, Oh but wait! no wifi? "Okay Google" / "Hey Siri" Find me a Starbucks! --Fast Foward-- Bam! problem resolved with a nice drink and mind at ease with the paper finally finished and submitted.

I have used this at work and am pleased with the speed and performance. The display is very clear and bright. Pleased with my purchase.

This is awesome for the person that does not want to carry his or her laptop around. You can do the same things and faster.

I went in to buy an Android based tablet. However, when the associate showed me this and everything it will do, I knew I wanted it. It's Windows based which I wasn't used to on a tablet for what I use it for. But I quickly found that it had more of a variety of ways to accomplish what I do that I love it! I paid more than I was anticipating for a tablet but it is totally worth it. And because it's Windows based I can do things with it that I could not with my Android.

It's a windows lap top. I like the keyboard rather than others for tablets.

Very nice 2 in 1 and super light weight. Good battery life.

Like it a lot, very practical, but like with all these laptops, the battery drains fast when you use it - couple of hours max

I don't know why but this just didn't work like the ones in the store do. The windows button doesn't bring up the same things that my laptop does. If anyone else has fixed this issue please reply here

I love that it behaves like a computer with portability and ease of a tablet. The display is fantastic.

This has more than exceeded my expectations. It is the perfect sidekick when traveling or at home. The pen works amazing and the keyboard has great feedback. I highly recommend!

The only thing about this product that got me worried for a little while was that sometimes the battery will not charge. This happens (perhaps always) unless the level gets down to 95 percent or below. I called the Samsung Service Center on its toll-free number and talked at length with a service representative. He took me through some steps by phone to try to troubleshoot the "problem." However, neither one of us could solve it, and he eventually e-mailed me a free UPS shipping label to ship the device to Samsung to get it repaired. In the meantime after that, I called Geek Squad at my local Best Buy store and asked if I could be helped to solve the "problem." A gentleman I spoke with on the phone said to let the device use its battery down to a level of 95 percent or lower and see what would happen. He was right! As soon as the battery got below 95 percent I checked and saw that the device had begun charging again, and before long it had a 100 percent charge! I called back to thank the Geek Squad department. Also, when I spoke with the gentleman initially, he added that this is common among devices of the same type (not necessarily Samsung ones specifically).

Very nice, compact, laptop. Using it for college and its doing fine.

I'm still learning about all the things this "computer" can do... So far I am very impressed and excited that I can take it with me with ease due to its size and weight. Looking forward to exploring its potential!

Not a bad Tablet/Laptop. There is no hinge so you can only use the keyboard on a table. There is also only 1 USB port so you cannot charge it and use anything else
