This is an excellent laptop and well worth the money paid for it. Its sleek and durable with an unusual amount of memory and fast system. I'm allowed to use it for home and work functions and the touchscreen ability is amazing. I don't think that I'm going to get another laptop that isn't touchscreen capable. It folds over to be used as a tablet would which not only looks impressive to others but is very functional. The warranty is also top notch so I suggest you get it as well. I cracked my screen and it was returned faster than expected.

So the good...Great form and power. It runs fairly quiet and is ultra portable. It is very light. The bad....day one out of the box the camera is not compatible with windows hello. So i get it out and start the windows and samsung updates. By updating, it rendered the fingerprint sensor useless. It also deactivated the PIN. So the only way to sign on now is a password. So that is very disappointing. I have spent countless hours with Samsung trying to figure out the issues with no luck so far. Factory resetting the unit turned everything back on, but the moment you update things, boom right back to things not working.

I really like this laptop and I recommend it to you. This is easy to use, light weight, and has so many great features. The display is so crinp and clear. Im so glad I made this purchase!

Been eyeing this Samsung laptop for awhile now. Decided to take the plunge while feeling slighty skeptical. This thing is awesome! I use for work and home use. Its blazing fast and i can work all day on a single charge while using the battery safety feature. Very light. Display is beautiful.

I was super excited to finally have a work computer and a personal device to use such as drawing and entertainment. When it came to the work part of it, it seemed like it struggled to manage multiple windows (3). The fan would easily be on easily and warm up. I would touch a certain button and it would either take a while or do a different function. The sound on this computer was not really good like it was muffle noise. Last but not least, the camera is by far not the best. I would compare the camera like one of those free phones companies give out. On the plus side, the quality of graphics and colors were nice. The weight and size of this laptop felt so easy to carry around. The fingerprint and different options to log in was pretty cool. Overall this laptop is great for pleasure but pretty stressful when trying to do work.

Really like this laptop. Amoled screen is beautiful and has lightning fast performance. Also very lightweight compared to others. Only problem was some of the Samsung stuff that had to be worked around. Highly recommend.

The reason I rate it 4 star as there are some minor issues I am not so satisfied with. When I just got this laptop, there was no speaker. Then the function key control of sound and key board. I am much happier with Lenovo. The reason I did not buy Lenovo instead of this as I like the lightness of this laptop. If there is a light Lenovo, I would choose Lenovo, as I have been using Lenovo for over 3 years and I am quiet happy with them except they are slightly heavier.

Excellent laptop - screen quality v.g. bright and easy to read. Lightweight 2.3 lbs, but love the ability to turn the PC in the tablet form and read newspaper style. This lightweight PC is powerful and runs all applications with authority

Overall im really impressed with the size spped and performance of this samsungworks well battery is decent as well

This is a decent laptop. Slim and light weight profile. Good screen and Samsung ecosystem is a perk if you use other samsung devices. It’s powerful probably that’s the reason it heats a lot. Decent battery backup considering the processing power and slim profile.

Love this open box laptop. It was in excellent condition and came with all the parts as it described. The laptop is very fast, thin and light and the display is very sharp and clear too.

Great PC, Very fast. Have the best finger scanner I've used and has a beautiful display. The only issue I have with this PC is that it does overheat and their is only one fan cooling it off. When you are casually using the device it is fine, but if you work it doesn't handle the heat too well. You can fell the air flow coming out of one end of the bottom ventilation.

I hadn't even considered Samsung as a major player in laptops, but I ran across this one in my local BestBuy and first impressions were amazing. Two stand out features: How LIGHT it is, and the AMOLED Screen. I then spent a couple of weeks reading about this laptop and was very impressed with the reviews and decided to give it a try- and I was NOT disappointed. It's been years since I've been genuinely EXCITED about a new computer! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Awesome device in picture. Beautiful screen, great build quality and beautiful slim chassis. Battery life is a bit meh (which could be in part to the 12thgen processor) even in battery saver mode and the only way you can stop this thing from getting extremely hot is to keep it in battery saver mode. You turn off battery saver mode the single fan this laptop has kicks on and the heat builds up fast on the top half of the keyboard likely hurting the battery life even more although I didn't run it not on battery saver mode much. Looked it up online and its apparently a pretty common problem with the 13 inch. Supposedly the 15inch model of this laptop has a second fan and the heat management is much better so if you're okay with a 15 inch laptop I highly recommend this in a 15 inch as so much else of this laptop rocks. Speakers are pretty meh but I didn't expect much from something this thin and light. This really is an awesome laptop but I wish the heat management is better and battery life were a bit better, likely will unfortunately be returning.

i got this for an open-box discount. i am impressed with the processing power and the flexibikity of the laptop. the keys are wonderful and i like the glow they have. the laptop is wonderfully light at around 1lb and a bit over. this lifhtweight build with the flexibilit and great power at such a great price was a steal for me. however i noticed a couple flaws. under normal multitasking conditions (a couple chrome tabs open, file browsing, and spotify) my laptop started getting uncomfortably warm. the vent at the bottom is helping a bit but it is still lacking in ventilation overall. it’s uncomfortable when using on your lap, and i can only recommend using a laptop tray that has extra vents or sitting at your desk while using this laptop. it gets pretty warm very fast. i also noticed upon my initial windows 11 setup and updates and account creation that i had run into a little known error. immediately upom startup, a samsung laptop process called “diagdownload” was runninf and was unable to properly create/fond a soecfic file, so it failed. the error said “ERROR: Failed to set DiagPatch File Name”. apparently this happens in some of samsung’s laptops. there arent any ways i could find to fix it other than deleting that entire diagnostic folder or move the shortcut it uses to run so it would stop notifying me. i have no clue if it will compromise windows’ ability to update in the long run. so far it seems (from the very few forum and reddit posts) that it is just used for diagnostics for windows updates so support could check the log and see what went wrong in an update. despite this error that gives me anxiety, and the overheating issues, i still think this laptop is worth it if you get it on sale.

The unit is a nice size and display provides good clarity. The one issue I’ve found so far is that the finger print sensor does not always work. Only had unit for a few weeks and still setting up.

It is a wonderful piece of engineering. Agile processor and also RAM. I use it to connect to SAP and for MS Office. The features of the computer exceed my needs. The OLED screen is a pleasant experience. And the most pleasant thing is that I can use it lying down and it weighs like a feather. Highly recommended.
