Very disappointed that Best Buy does not back up the products that they sell. The told us, it was pass the 14 days so I now have to deal with Samsung for the repairs with this laptop. I will NEVER buy another electronic from Best Buy again

Pros: very portable due to its very thin and light design Very fast Good keyboard Surprisingly little flex for a thin and light Cons: Mediocre trackpad Very little port selection Low refresh rate of only 60hz Gets very hot Overall it's a very nice Laptop for creators and anyone on the go, i don't recommend for gaming unless if its web browser games due to the lack of a dgpu
