i got this for an open-box discount. i am impressed with the processing power and the flexibikity of the laptop. the keys are wonderful and i like the glow they have. the laptop is wonderfully light at around 1lb and a bit over. this lifhtweight build with the flexibilit and great power at such a great price was a steal for me. however i noticed a couple flaws. under normal multitasking conditions (a couple chrome tabs open, file browsing, and spotify) my laptop started getting uncomfortably warm. the vent at the bottom is helping a bit but it is still lacking in ventilation overall. it’s uncomfortable when using on your lap, and i can only recommend using a laptop tray that has extra vents or sitting at your desk while using this laptop. it gets pretty warm very fast. i also noticed upon my initial windows 11 setup and updates and account creation that i had run into a little known error. immediately upom startup, a samsung laptop process called “diagdownload” was runninf and was unable to properly create/fond a soecfic file, so it failed. the error said “ERROR: Failed to set DiagPatch File Name”. apparently this happens in some of samsung’s laptops. there arent any ways i could find to fix it other than deleting that entire diagnostic folder or move the shortcut it uses to run so it would stop notifying me. i have no clue if it will compromise windows’ ability to update in the long run. so far it seems (from the very few forum and reddit posts) that it is just used for diagnostics for windows updates so support could check the log and see what went wrong in an update. despite this error that gives me anxiety, and the overheating issues, i still think this laptop is worth it if you get it on sale.

It is a wonderful piece of engineering. Agile processor and also RAM. I use it to connect to SAP and for MS Office. The features of the computer exceed my needs. The OLED screen is a pleasant experience. And the most pleasant thing is that I can use it lying down and it weighs like a feather. Highly recommended.

It's been almost 1 years for me to using this laptop, So far I don't see any issue with this. Design is unique. Pros: Ligh weight laptop even seen. Performance is good. Cons: Heating issue even on the very basic task.

Beautiful laptop, I was trying to replace my 14-inch laptop. This is lightweight with a reasonable screen/keyboard size, so not too small, but still good for laptop work including book reading. I need for development, and it is powerful enough for that purpose too.

Got this on sale for my niece now that she's going to college and couldn't be happier. It's fast, great hard drive space, super AMOLED screen, 360 degree that literally turns into a tablet, comes with a pen so, just the complete package. This laptop will definitely will last many years. And I love Samsung products.

The laptop is sleek but a powerhorse. It had some hiccups initially - was slow and used to overheat often. After a month, it got used to heavy workloads and does not lag. It looks beautiful, and is easy to carry around.

This is the lightest laptop I could find with a 12th gen i7 processsor. This is almost as light as a 12" tablet. If you are into the samsung eco system and want a light device, this one is it. Here are some pros and cons: 1. It has an FHD camera which is allows low light video calls. 2. The screen is only FHD and 16:9. You will notice the pixels. 3. It folds into a tablet. However, the screen picks up fingerprint and is super reflective. In bright lighting, you will see your own reflection and you will also see those finger prints. The reflection problem is there with all glossy displays though. 4. The SSD is user replacable. 5. Battery life is decent, not great. I have got ~7hrs of light usage which does it for me mostly. I think this chasis with an AMD processor could have got upto 10hrs. 6. I will mention the weight again. It is no joke, this is so light that you could rome around your house while holding this laptop with 2 fingers and you wouldn't have to worry about dropping it. It is extremely thin and will fit anywhere. Keeping that in mind, the i7 processor throttles if you run extremely CPU demanding apps. For most day to day work, this is not going to affect you.

So lightweight and starts up fast. Battery drains fast but given the smaller battery, it makes sense. Very clear display and smooth touch screen. I got it on sale because version 3 came so it was worth the price. This is great for students or frequent commute.

A very light, well-built, quality 2-in-1 laptop with 360-degree rotating screen. Unlike some other reviewers, we have not experienced any WiFi connection- or speed-related issues. Both our corporate Galaxy Book2 Pro laptops work seamlessly, with no interruptions, drop-outs or throughput issues on our office WiFi network and at home. The screen is bright, with good colors and contrast, and USB-C ports are on both sides, which is good. (Lenovo laptops, for instance, tend to have all ports on the left side, which is weird). Samsung Update software suggests both firmware and driver updates automatically, which is better than many competitors, where firmware updates are mostly done manually. Why not the perfect score? None of the below is truly critical, but my wish list for an upscale laptop also includes: 1. An UHD (4K) or at least a QHD screen with more modern proportions, like 3:2 (15:10) compared to 16:9, which is good for movies but not so good for work. 2. A slightly bigger, 13.9" screen would be nice. 2. 2 or more Thunderbolt ports, at least 1 on each side. This one only has a single Thunderbolt port on the left side.

It's snappy, everything you do on it feels so fast and smooth. The display is fantastic and it's the perfect weight. I use it for dual purpose as a workstation and as a tablet. Very happy with my purchase

This laptop is super portable which is great! Battery lasts a long time and i can even play very basic games on it. I especially love that it connects to my galaxy phone!

Great little laptop - very light and easy to carry around. My biggest issue with it is the relatively small 512GB drive. Although it is upgradeable, it would be nice to have 1tb in a machine like this.

It's a good laptop overall with a few drawbacks. This is a small, thin, and light-weight laptop. Its build quality is great and feel quite premium. However, due to its small size and P-series powered CPU, it gets load and hot even under light loads. You can't expect the same performance compared to similar laptops with same CPU as it throttles the CPU. The AMOLED screen is gorgeous, but only for video watching. OLED screens are not generally good for productivity work due text fringing.

Pretty good & light weight. Configuration & value wise one of the best. It’s been more than 1 and half year I am using it. So far no lag & sign of slowness. In Perfect condition & no issues so far.

I mainly use it for work when I have to work from home. The battery life is good and it fast for what I do. It will get hot if you use it in the bed been that the soft cover will block the fan

Solid device. Plenty of memory and excellent battery life. Lightweight and great for portable use, including on the go or in any vehicle.

I bought this lap top for my daughter, a law student. Has every thing she need in a compact laptop and light weight. Good performance, easy to carry and lots of hours of use without recharge.
