I actually purchased 2 of these for two of my grandsons who are starting high school this year. This laptop is sturdy, easy to use, and has a nice appearance. So far, they are both very pleased with the functionality. Consumer Reports rated it very favorably also.

BestBuy offered the best price I could find on this Samsung Galaxy laptop. The laptop arrived on time and the packaging was adequate. One of the reasons I selected the Samsung Galaxy Book4 was the high rating Consumer Reports (CR) had given it (72). The others were 16GB memory, 512 GB SSD, 15.6" screen, an Intel Core 7 all in a light weight, portable laptop. So far I have two issues with this laptop. 1. The Wi-Fi receiver is weak and frequently looses the connection where my Apple MacBook Pro operates flawlessly. The signal through an open door to my porch apparently is not sufficient for the Samsung to hold on to. My MacBook Pro operates without a hitch with the dorrs closed. 2. The battery life is not what I expected. CR reported up to 18 hours for typical web-surfing. I get about 5 or 6 before I need to recharge. Loading Office and moving data onto it required several recharges. Sure hope the battery lasts longer with my typical work load.

I purchased this for my son for Christmas. He has health issues and may need to attend his first year of college virtually, but will need access to a laptop/computer either way. He really loves the tablet feature, especially, and that it is very light weight. This laptop is very suitable for his needs albeit virtually or in-person attendance. He is very happy with it and would highly recommend it. I am happy with this purchase and think it is great, as well!

This is hands down the best laptop I have ever owned. It is incredibly fast, lightweight, and the OLED screen has beautiful pictures. I paid half what I would have somewhere else. Only at Best Buy can I get deals this good!

This is an amazing machine! After reviewing many we are super happy with our decision to purchase this unit. Fast processor for multitasking, plenty of memory and hard drive space! Super sleek aluminum design!

Love the screen. Love the full keyboard and fingerprint reader. I charge it at night and use it through out the day. The Samsung apps are plus.

This computer has been one of the best upgrades I have had. I use this for personal and work study. The size of it being landscape maybe a little questionable at first but it’s actually impressive how much more you can see on the size of the screen. This Samsung is compatible for school work as needed, just as if you had an HP or Lenovo computer current or before but more of an upgrade. So far it has been great use over a month and with great assistance.

I Love this Laptop! It's easy to use and is fast. I also love the color. It kind of looks blue sometimes and purple other times.

I bought it after seeing it on a YouTube video, the reason i bought it is to make it my college computer. And so for it has had a great success in it so far, no lag or crashing yet which is good.

Loving my new computer. After so many years, it's hard to get used to the touch screen, but it's great! It also reminds me not to charge too long and super fast.

Samsung makes great products. I have had the galaxy book 4 360 for about 4 weeks now. No issues, this laptop seamlessly connects to my S22 Ultra with no problems. I also have my galaxy ear pod pro and tab s 9+ connected it is a great echo system. The Galaxy book 4 360 is very powerful no hick ups whatsoever. If you are a Samsung user this laptop would make a great addition. The Battery life is amazing 22 Hours of moderate use, 10 hours under heavy use, ie Adobe light room + heavy editing.
