I went to the Best Buy at Concord Mills for information on a new laptop as mine no longer supported Windows updates. I received some great insight from the staff and then did a deeper dive on-line. I narrowed it down to three contenders and landed in the Samsung Galaxy Book 5. I love all it has to offer in speed, storage, performance, and the 15.6” screen. The fingerprint security is another great feature. It’s quiet, the keyboard is comfortable, and the built in Samsung apps are great. I was able to link my iPhone to the laptop to receive calls and also transfer files which is a plus. Finally, it comes with AI which I have just begun to explore. I would highly recommend this laptop.

This laptop is just perfect!! I am from Israel and I bought one for myself and one to give me friend when I return home (he returned the money), and I didn't buy it in Israel be cause it was about 3 times cheaper here (on black friday)! The laptop is well-built and has crazy good performance, I highly recommend. I am a Samsung fan, and this laptop completes my ecosystem: phone, watch, earbuds, tablet, smarttags and now a laptop!

Switched from a 2022 MacBook Air and I have to say I am pleasantly surprised. I'm a full time college student and also work remotely so I need something that can easily multitask and perform well & it definitely keeps up. Only challenge for me after having it for about a month was the hard drive backing up to OneDrive and removing my customized Desktop Icons for my shortcuts and my Folder Icons but this was easily fixed with a bit of research and clearing my Icon Cache in File Explorer. Very happy with the switch I made as this was my final integration after moving to the Samsung ecosystem with my phone, watch, tablet, etc. This was by far the most nerve wrecking switch from an Apple ecosystem and I have to say the waiting game paired with extensive research paid off because this laptop does all I need it to do & more!

This was an upgrade to my HP that was purchased in 2020. It had more storage but not enough cpu, causing low productivity at work. Instantaneously, my productivity increased upon setting my Galaxy 5 up. Original amount is a bit pricy but purchasing on black Friday helped me save $400!

Been using it for almost a month and oh my goodness the quality is so amazing, the keyboard lights up and coming from being a Chromebook user it was a fresh start to be able to watch videos in 4k. Also learning how to code in Java. This is a must buy and it came in 24 hours for shipping.

Love the laptop. Easy to use and love the way it connects to my phone. The screen is clear but not crisp. It's an easy connect to my Microsoft 365, lightweight but very sturdy, and works just as good as a Mac. Just wish I would have gotten it in sapphire blue! I got the Book 5 at a great price and have no regrets.

I have been using it for last 3 weeks. It is by far the best Laptop i have bought.Being 16 inches, it is very light. it boots up fast. video quality is very nice. It charges very fast and lasts 6 to 8 hours. Audio quality could be much better. Not sure where the speakers are located. Overall very well made and reliable piece of technology to have.

Have been very happy after a few weeks of use. Battery is double the life of previous computers that I have used. Super speedy and snappy processing. Also very light and easy to carry from place to place. Everything else as expected.

Sturdy feel for how thin and sleek it is. Overall good design and keyboard layout, plus keys backlighting. Performance is spot on with no surprises. Long battery life. Speakers sound good for laptop speakers. Ample ports for most applications/extensions.

I love samsung so this might be bias. All my products are samsung so when looking to get a laptop i already knew what brand but didnt understand what exactly is inside of it. After a bit of research i able to find out this laptop had minimum requirements to run games through steam and various others platforms. Runs great just my only con is when many tabs are open, it send to run slower but besides that, a very lovely great laptop that meet my everyday demands and needs. Would recommend if you love samsung as much as I do!!!

Hands down BEST laptop ever purchased. Started college again and this has everything I need to finish assignments. Fast speed no glitches.
