With the Galaxy Book5 Pro, Samsung has created an excellent laptop that is sleek, well-built, and capable of handling daily tasks with ease. After spending a good deal of time with it, I can confidently say that this is one laptop you need to check out. Besides the impeccable packaging, the first thing I noticed about the Galaxy Book5 was the exceptionally sleek and refined build of the laptop. When closed, this laptop is incredibly thin, and it's also very lightweight. Despite it sporting a decent sized 14" display, I found it easy to travel with this laptop due to its minimalist proportions. You can truly put this in your bag or backpack, and not worry about it weighing you down when you’re on the go. The build quality of this laptop feels very high-end. With an all-aluminum chassis, the Galaxy Book5 feels sturdy and premium to the touch. I really liked the dark grey color, although I did find that the laptop was a bit of a fingerprint magnet after using it for a while. The Galaxy Book5 packs a good selection of ports, with 2 USB-C ports (which are also used for charging), an HDMI port, a headphone jack, a standard USB port, and a Micro SD card slot. I find it pretty amazing that you can upgrade the storage capacity (which is 512 gig SSD) by just slotting in an SD card, if you desire. Overall, considering that this is a compact laptop with a thin size factor, I think Samsung did a good job of providing the right amount and types of ports. Opening up the laptop, you are greeted by the screen, keyboard, and trackpad. The screen is an absolutely gorgeous 14” 3K AMOLED display, and it also boasts touchscreen functionality. While I don't always use touchscreens all that much when they are present on laptops, I found this example to be extremely responsive and fluid. The display is capable of outputting some truly remarkable visuals, and it is the perfect machine to stream high-definition content on. With a 120 Hz refresh rate, on screen movement stays smooth, and the 3K resolution ensures that everything looks as crisp, clear, and refined as possible. While it may not be quite as exciting as the screen, the keyboard is another high point with the Galaxy Book5. I found typing on this laptop to be exceptionally engaging, as the keys have a good feel and the right amount of travel. With an adjustable keyboard backlight, typing at any time of day (or night) is done with ease. Samsung did a great job of making this keyboard feel premium, all while fitting into such a small and thin laptop. The Galaxy Book5’s trackpad is also very well done. Highly responsive to touch and inputs, I had absolutely no problems with the trackpad during my testing. While the laptop has a small footprint, the trackpad has more than enough real estate to feel comfortable during daily use. With 16 gigs of RAM and an Intel Core Ultra 7 processor, I found the performance of the Galaxy Book5 to be exceptional. I primarily use my computer for daily tasks such as working on Microsoft Office programs, browsing the internet, streaming video content, and occasionally exploring what Copilot has to offer. For all of these tasks, this laptop was fast, capable, and never had a problem keeping up with whatever I was doing. That being said, this is a Copilot laptop, meaning you have access to all of the AI features currently available with this program. There is a dedicated “Copilot” button on the keyboard that acts as a shortcut for this feature. I haven’t timed how long the battery lasts, but I’ve been able to get about a full day’s use out of the Galaxy Book5 before needing to recharge. It’s been more than adequate for me and how I use my computer on a daily basis. Charging is quick and easy thanks to a surprisingly small fast charger that utilizes a USB-C connection. Overall, I can hardly find anything that I would change about this laptop. The one con I noticed is that the finish does pick up some fingerprints, but that isn’t really a big deal, and is pretty common among tech products. Samsung has knocked it out of the park with the Galaxy Book5 Pro. This is an amazing laptop that has been an absolute joy to test out, and is wonderful acting as my “daily driver” computer. With an amazing screen and some impressive specs, this should be on the top of your list if you’re in the market for a new laptop. Final Score: 5 stars all the way!

Got this for my wife. She's a doctor and was looking for something Windows based that was fast, efficient and lightweight that she could carry daily. So far, so good. It's suited her needs and has been performing well since purchase. That OLED display is nice!

Great product that's very easy to use! My employee loves it and has talked repeatedly about how great a computer it is. When I need to upgrade, this will be the product I choose for myself.

The laptop works very will with my Samsung phone, it is easy to set up and I would 100% recommend it to anyone in the Samsung ecosystem. It has a beautiful display and is very fast when it comes to loading

this laptop is good for me, but I have not been able to get a confirmation of the Microsoft 365 installation. I still feel sad.
