This is difficult as we have returned the phones. To be clear, we had a GREAT experience in shopping for them with both Best Buy and Samsung staff. The phones were supposed to arrive by 8/18 but did not. Apparently BB was having trouble with the vendor and couldn't be sure when they'd arrive. We had a time deadline, sadly, so we made other arrangements for the same phones. We are novices with smart phones so out review is limited; but as titled, so far, so good. It looks like they'll be quite satisfactory for us. And I want to emphasize: We'd done a lot of shopping and Internet reviewing prior to ordering. And it was our experience with the staff and the availability of Samsung personnel and phone classes that convinced us to order from BB. Further, their staff was MOST helpful and cooperative in getting the order (and apparent problem with the vendor) unscrambled. So make this 4 stars for the phone as we just don't know all there is to know yet; and 5 stars for Best Buy. The staff was and continues to be excellent.
