a lot faster than my previous smartphone. battery is long lasting.

I purchased this phone for my daughter for her study abroad. We received it on May 9, 2017. A week later she flew to Italy, then she traveled to the South. Few days after her arrival, the screen started to flicker. She had difficulty to switch the phone on, she needed to try 2, 3 times. The phone went dead on May 29, after she arrived in Rome. Calling Samsung revealed that it was not sold in U.S.!!! BB refused to replace that phone. Having it repaired by Samsung does not make sense. My daughter arrives from Rome on July 4 and few days later she fly to Sydney, Australia for 5 months study. For selling a junk, for your "ability to understand", for my $200 thrown in a mud, I will never buy anything from you Best Buy again.

This was so easy to use and set up. My only issue that I had was I turned it on prior to using it and the buttons on the side are sensitive that it kept turning the phone back on.

Bought this unlocked J7 phone for use while overseas. I got a black color phone and my wife got a gold color phone. They are great little phones. Strongly suggest buying a case while in the Best Buy store. Amazon case didn't arrive in time and we had to visit Best Buy on the way to the airport.

I actually have had this phone for a year and then broke it and replaced it with the same because I like it alot. Im not sure why some others would leave bad reviews on it unless they are used to having $800 phones. For an under $200 phone, I have never had a problem with it. I also think its a pretty phone. This time I did get a huge bumper case for it so I would not break it again. It has great response, always has wifi signals, everything works great!

Freezes all the time, horrible for texting!!! Bad camera and super slow. Inought it to replace my motorolla that I accidentally dropped brand new and here I am still using my cracked phone. I WISHED I BOUGHT MY MOTORALLA AGAIN!!! THIS SAMSUNG PHONE IS A headache waste of money and time. This is what advanced test hnology dies for us??? Samsung, do better please.
