Set up was easy the on,y part you have to make sure if you have it shipped is that Best Buy actually scans the phone on the way out. If they don’t call the Best Buy 809 number like I had to and they can do it over the phone.

My dad isn't a "techy" & didn't seem eager to learn how to use it even though a) I offered to help him & b) it'd save him some $$ over his current carrier. I did research & saw this phone got good reviews. Most likely, I will buy it again when I'm in the market for a new phone for myself.
